While you’re preparing for your thesis defense — somewhere between formatting your thesis according to GOST standards and polishing your presentation slides — don’t forget to apply for your digital diploma and post-graduation leave.

🖥 ITMO Digital Diploma (in Russian)

This is your personal profile of achievements during your studies and a great addition to your state-issued diploma.

The digital version includes your academic results, projects and practical experience, competencies and skills, as well as extracurricular activities.

Submit your application in Russian version of ISU → “Образование и наука” — “Диплом” — “Цифровой диплом ИТМО” by June 4.

🌳 Post-Graduation Leave

Extend your student life for two more months — submit the application “Holidays due to successful graduations” via my.itmo.ru by June 25.

NB! Your application will be approved only after a successful thesis defense — your student status will remain active until August 31.

📌 For questions about the digital diploma, submit a request via the Support Center (project: “ГИА. Диплом”). For questions about post-graduation leave, contact the Student Services Office.
