Two Crystals You Should Know

This next crystal for me, I feel really harnesses the energy of a year six, even before discovering about looking into the numerology of year six and how this is significant in 2022. I was already thinking of this crystal for this year, and it is the beautiful rhodonite.

The path of generosity often offers a greater satisfaction to oneself than any amount of receiving what one once can give. Rhodonite attracts the people and situations best suited for the application of one's unique talents, and in so using them, one can experience the fulfillment of the deep desire to love and be loved.

This is rhodonite's gift to bring more love into the world by acting as a catalyst for fulfillment of one's life purpose through the expression of one's hidden talents. this crystal's message is so beautiful and truly taps into our heart center to look at what we can offer to someone, is almost like this priceless interaction putting out our energy and our love in assisting someone we may not feel. it's this big thing acting in love, but what we may discover later on is how that simple act of acting in love or sharing something with someone can really shift that person's life and really help them in a time when they needed.

How Rhodonite Will Help You

this is a year for us to take advantage of all the possibilities we can manifest for ourselves. we mustn't forget how we can help others. this year is a great year to discover how we can be a service to others by channeling what we do best discovering, what your gifts are, and what your talents are, and sharing those with others is going to be a really big benefit for this year. 

If you're unaware of what your hidden talents are or what your gifts are. I would say start by thinking about what are the things that bring you joy in your life and what you love to do, and then think outwardly. I am going to be having this pyramid rhodonite next to my workspace. I got it from rhodonite crystal shops near me. When I'm working and thinking of new ideas for my channel and creating content, I feel like this is going to be a big stone for me this year.

Black Obsidian

the next crystal on this list is a protection stone. I feel like every year, and it's good to incorporate something to protect our energy and just to keep negativity at bay. so this year's protection crystal is black obsidian. black obsidian powerfully eliminates negative energies in oneself and one's environment. it is like a psychic vacuum cleaner cleansing the org field of disharmony, negative attachments, astral plane junk, and one's own emanations of anger, greed fear, and resentment. 

Why You Should Use Black Obsidian

It is a strong grounding stone stimulating the root chakra to connect with the earth's star chakra below the feet and deep into the earth's core. so really, when I was looking at the astrology of 2022, I did notice that we do have four mercury retrogrades which is a little bit on the higher end we typically have three to four. so we definitely have the max of four this year. so I thought black obsidian is one of those crystals that I gravitate towards during mercury retrograde. 

I don't think mercury retrograde is something that we should be scared of or fear. i do think it is a time for us to go inward and kind of notice. what are the things in our lives that are kind of maybe even kind of going away. there's a change happening. Something kind of happens that's irritating. it may seem like it's a nuisance or annoying that these things are popping up. but I do think that they pop up for a reason during Mercury retrogrades. it can be a little tricky, kind of taking everything that's going on during your mercury retrograde with a grain of salt. 

It doesn't get talked about too much, but it is something to be mindful of noticing what goes on during those mercury retrogrades. it's all about communication, how we communicate with others, and how we communicate with ourselves during mercury retrograde. 

Sometimes our shadows kind of kick up. This is a wonderful stone to use when you do shadow work, I know for me, sometimes when I'm in my shadow, maybe I'm going through the kind of like a depression period, this is a great stone to hold on to journal. I like to use black obsidian crystal bracelets. if you can, sometimes that helps you find the root of the problem while you're in your shadow, it helps you shift out of the shadow faster. 

Sometimes I don't want to journal, and I just want to feel better. so I'll hold this crystal and literally within hours. I will feel my energy start to shift. there will be some challenges this year that are going to be more in the background Saturn square, and it is still going on. It was very prominent in 2021, fading more into the background in 2022, but it will still be there. so when we have those challenging periods going on throughout the year, I feel like black obsidian is a wonderful crystal to gravitate towards and just hold and feel that sense of release from your body.
