Bear vs. Twink What's the Difference? Bear and Twink are two very different types of gay men within the LGBTQ+ community. Bears are typically larger, hairy men who exude a more rugged and masculine appearance, while Twinks are usually younger, slender, and more effeminate in their presentation.
