I do this in Photoshop: Filter > Noise > Add noise.

No, I don’t dislike him. I think some people don’t like Master Fu because he hasn’t been a good instructor. And he has been completely absent for Chat noir. And I tend to agree with them. But that doesn’t mean I hate him. Master Fu’s character is interesting and his mistakes are part of who he is.
But hey, ML fandom tends to hate a character as soon as they make a mistake or when a character hurts their favorite character. Lila or Gabriel, for example, are the most hated characters in ML fandom. So, yes, they are bad guys, but they are still very interesting bad guys.
You can love a character and not necessarily agree with everything they do.
