Day 1 until now. Almost 4 months later and I’ve lost almost 20 pounds. I’m proud of myself. Just a few pounds until I’m at my ultimate goal weight.
Before and current picture. I’m a bit bloated in my current one so I actually am skinnier than that, but I wanted to celebrate my FIRST BIKINI in eight years with a new progress picture. Yay!
totally going to get hated on for this but i don’t even care.
this is a before/after. before i had an eating disorder, and then in the process of recovery/becoming a badass.
go ahead and hate on me, but i pretty much don’t care because i know what i’ve been through and how far i’ve come :]

We’ve been on vacation over the past couple of weeks, so we apologise for the lack of postings.
We’ll be posting more content soon right here on our Tumblr page, as well as on our website - www.beforeandafterfatloss.co.uk
I wanted to post another photo since the first one I shared wasn’t technically my true “before and after” (in my previous ‘before’ I had already lost 30 pounds). These are my official results. On the left I was at my highest weight [223lbs] and on the right I’m at my lowest weight [121lbs]. I’m so proud of myself and so happy about the way I feel. Fitness has completely changed my life.

She has kept her naturally curvy figure but only made it better by losing weight and burning fat. She looks mean and lean, not to mention sexy! What a difference diet and exercise makes! Incredible!
Want to go from obese to thin? Diet, exercise and hard work pays off! This girl is a clear example of that fact. She started burning fat and losing weight to change her body for the better. She went from a sluggish obese woman to a youthful thin girl! Amazing work!
I hope you all don’t get tired of all these before and after pictures. Before: USA Size 18 After: USA size 8 No magic pills or magical diet. It’s all about having a healthy lifestyle for the better; eating healthy, working hard,being happy, and loving yourself! Remember that all progress is wonderful progress!!

What an amazing before and after fat loss body transformation we have for you right here! This guy was well on the road of obesity, but he stopped, looked at himself in the mirror, and told himself NO! He started burning fat and losing weight through exercise and diet, and here he stands before you a changed man. Look at those six pack abs, pecks and bulging muscles. He’s a totally new person!
