Laxman (Salman Khan) is a mentally challenged adult who is devoted to his younger brother, Bharat (played by Khan's real life brother Sohail). When tension breaks out on the China/India border, Bharat joins the army. Laxman is lost without him, so a friend (Om Puri) encourages him to follow Gandhi's teachings and increase his belief. Meanwhile, a mother (Zhu Zhu) and son (Martin Rey Tangu) of Chinese descent move to the village, creating dissension among the community. The young boy and Laxman become good friends. Armed with a new friend and increased faith, Laxman tries to end the war through his hope. This is a marvelous film about love, hope, and the bond between brothers. The chemistry between the Khan brothers was natural and perfect. Salman Khan played a mentally challenged man with excellence, and was simply amazing in the role. The sets and locations were gorgeous. The songs and choreography were also good. Overall, this is a fantastic film that has not gotten the recognition it deserves.

I don't understand why this movie has such low ratings. This is a great movie and deserves a great rating. Salman Khan did an amazing job playing his role and showing his audience he can play any character. This movie gives the audience a hope, a hope or a belief that can make such a positive change in one's life. It is the belief in our heart will make us keep on going, keep on moving. We all put our differences aside and believe in one another and can make such a positive impact. I loved this movie and cried throughout the whole movie. The bond between brothers was amazing and cute. It does not matter how people are different, no matter if they have a disability or not, they can still believe, they can still make a change and be a positive example.

I am a fan of Bollywood movies. This movie touched my heart. This film is about two brother's relationship and the goodness of those who have special needs. The point I least liked was that there was only one dance sequence in the whole film, I am partial to seeing those in Bollywood films. Otherwise, a lovely family film.

I saw this film with my boyfriend(Who is always right!) and we loved it. It made me laugh and cry at the same time. Salman khan has shown the world that he is a great actor. The only thing this film was missing was a song written and sung by Salman khan. Bhai Bhai! Peace out!.

Tubelight (2017): Got To admit I hated it at first, but It took time to light up and show me that this movie is actually AMAZING Pros: -Great Visuals -AMAZING Jokes -Salman Khan's and Sohail Khan's Acting Raised up TREMENDOUSLY -Dialogues -Characters -Music -Best Ending I've ever seen Cons: -Story (After Intermission) -Thought I was going to see Laxman take revenge and go to China :(

A very emotional, inspirational, and a feel good movie...one of Salman Khan's best movie for sure! The casting was amazing and acted very naturally with the movie theme..and Salman finally is showing us some amazing acting on his recent movies, including this one! A must watch!!
