No Tanya is not the father, Nor is she M-to-F trans. Mileena upon re-writing the timeline ended Kitana, and gained the fellowship and admiration of Kitana's companions, including Liu Kang (whom most of the lore points to as the father after Kitana was purged from the timeline.)
Tanya was her best friend for a long time, was one of the only people surrounding Mileena who didn't constantly betray her or mock her appearance, and at one point was her concubine (Mileena was bisexual) during a certain period of the MK story arc when the men surrounding her were behaving as if repulsed by her appearance, or trying to court her as a power play. (in Baraka's case attempting to force her to join the Tarkatans' so he could have greater sway over her as a Half-Tarkatan, and by proxy gain power to push his Tarkatan ideals/objectives on the rest of Outworld due to Mileena's position as Shao Kahn's declared heiress.)
The Child came from a man. (who may or may not have been eaten at this point) Tanya remained her trusted best friend, and sometimes concubine, with a relationship that seems to be open-ended enough to include men from time to time, resulting in the child's birth.
I think at that point Tanya might have just been her chosen lover and not simply her friend if going off of Mileena's implied confessions in MK11. Its up to interpretation to see them as either lovers, best friends or both but I think Mk11 was trying to imply that Mileena did love her. Its also her use of the hour glass, which likely would have been her making a timeline where they would be official lovers. Tanya's hand is around her waist after all.
First of all, they're both bisexual cis women. I think it's pretty clearly implied that the baby was created in the fleshpits most likely using both of their DNA

That's a possibility, but I think she would brag about that "kitana lover is my lover" or something. Well actually she say "sisters share everything" in some intro. So + 1 to this version I guess.
That was the theory I had for a long time. She successfully seduced Liu Kang after she killed Kitana, then got pregnant, and then killed him later. Although it woul be hard to explain if its Liu Kang, why the other characters didn't do anything, unless she was more powerful.
I don’t think so, Mileena is Flirty so pinpointing her interests is always shaky, she might not label herself and just love whoever she wants to, as for the child, the implication and I’m TOTALLY SURE that it’s the guy hangin out missing some arm meat, is the father, Tanya here looks like she could be like a right hand woman, like how some queens have a nanny or someone to refer to when she needs another person, a lesser in the hierarchy but treated very well by the top spots, usually in media... dunno much about monarch history
