Caillean McMahon, DO, specializes in general and forensic psychiatry as well as LGBTQ health including transition. She studied at Duke University and Temple University before graduating with a medical degree from the Philadelphia University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. McMahon completed her residency at Norristown State Hospital in PA.
Allan Ocampo, FNP, PMHNP , earned a graduate degree in Medical Technology and graduated with honors with a Master’s in Science/Nursing/Health Care Education before receiving his degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global in 2017 where he also graduated with honors. He is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Prior to joining The Chautauqua Center, Allan practiced in pain management for three years and then went on to become a Post Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner honors graduate of Cox College in 2020.
Michelle Senecal-Hunt, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been caring for patients for over 15 years. She has experience working with trauma survivors including both children and adults. For the past five years, Michelle worked with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She achieved her Bachelor of Social Work at Castleton University (formerly Castleton State College) in Vermont and her Master of Social Work at The University at Buffalo School of Social Work. Outside of her work, Michelle likes spending time with her family and pets, singing, enjoying theater and the outdoors.
Nicholas T. Mekus, LMSW , was born in Silver Creek and received his Bachelor’s degree in health and human services with a focus in mental health from the University at Buffalo. Nicholas went on to complete his Master’s degree in social work from the University at Buffalo. Prior to joining TCC, he spent time working at People Inc. as an IRA Specialist and the Western New York DDSO as a Direct Support Assistant where he assisted people with developmental disabilities. Nicholas loves music, art, meeting new people and spending as much time as he can with his wild and beautiful family.
Clint George, PMHDNP , sees patients in Dunkirk and Jamestown and has been involved in the mental health field for over 10 years. He has spent time in Colorado, Utah, and Alaska prior to landing here in New York. He received his Psychiatric Mental Health Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. Clint is excited to learn more about the area and become involved in the community.
Alicia Snow, PA-C , is a Physician Assistant who specializes in behavioral health, including certification in medication assisted treatment (MAT) services for those effected by opioid use disorder. Alicia graduated locally and received her PA-C at Misericordia University.
Margaret Bird, PMHNP, is a graduate of D’Youville College. She earned her degree as a registered nurse from Jamestown Community College and her Bachelors in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. She was born and raised near Jamestown, NY, and is excited to be providing care in this area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out with her family and friends.
Yvonne Calcaterra, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who has been caring for patients for 10 years. She achieved her Bachelor of Social Work at SUNY Fredonia and her Master of Social Work at The University at Buffalo School of Social Work. Yvonne was born and raised near Jamestown.
Janet Golden, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who joined TCC’s Behavioral Health staff in February 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bard College in New York and her Master’s degree in social work from North Carolina State University. Before joining TCC, she worked with the State of North Carolina’s Division of Aging and Adult Services as a caregiver navigator. When not working, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and turning her restored 1987 Toyota Dolphin truck camper into a tiny home.

If there is anything we’ve learned this year, it’s been that you can do anything you put your mind to. Whether it be profession, gender and maybe even race, the possibilities are limitless nowdays. Since Bruce Jenner’s very public transition to Caitlyn, the media has used his image to bring further awareness and acceptance to the transgender community . LGBT rights have been a very hot topic this year, but don’t be fooled. The trans-life is nothing new and some of these bangers are killing it like you wouldn’t believe.
