TrustVault Privacy Policy

TrustVault is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. We run no servers.

What stays on your device

• Your recovery phrase and private keys (encrypted; they never leave the device)
• Your password (never stored; only used to derive an encryption key)
• Your public addresses and settings

What leaves your device

To show balances and broadcast transactions, the app talks directly to public blockchain infrastructure:

• Public JSON-RPC endpoints (publicnode.com) for EVM chains
• mempool.space's public API for Bitcoin

These services necessarily see your public addresses and IP address — the same information any blockchain node sees. We choose key-less public endpoints, embed no API keys, and plan support for user-configured nodes. Their own privacy policies apply to their servers.

Block-explorer links (“View on explorer”) open in your browser only when you tap them.

What we don't do

• No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs
• No accounts, email collection, or KYC — we never take custody of funds
• No cloud backups (explicitly disabled)
