Porn stars who have endorsed Donald Trump (seen above in the Oval Office last week) fear for their jobs
It’s not easy being a supporter of President Donald Trump – especially if you work in the porn industry.
Actors who make their living in adult films say they are facing discrimination for their avowed backing of the current president, according to The Daily Beast .
In fact, those who openly endorsed Trump during the election campaign say that they are so scared of being denied roles that they have essentially kept silent.
‘This is so intense, my friends have lost work over this… you should know the industry is biased and no one will admit it,’ said one porn actress who insisted on anonymity.
‘It’s not safe for me to speak,’ she said.
This was not always the case. A number of porn performers made their pro-Trump views known during the election campaign.
Jenna Jameson, who is now retired, Amy Lindsay, and Franziska Facella are among the notable names who have gone on record as backing Trump.

Industry insiders say that the turning point came in late October, when porn star Jessica Drake became the 11th woman to come forward and publicly accuse Trump of making unwanted sexual advances.
Drake said Trump offered to pay her $10,000 to spend the night with him a year after marrying his current wife, Melania.
The actress said she and Trump met at a 2006 golf tournament in Lake Tahoe where he repeatedly asked her to return to his penthouse suite after she visited with two other women.
The 42-year-old, who started out as a dancer at an El Paso strip club that often featured porn stars, also produced a photograph of them taken at the event in an attempt to verify her story.
A number of current and former A-list porn performers like Brandi Love (left) and Jenna Jameson (right) made their pro-Trump views known during the election campaign
‘When we entered the room, he grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each one of us without asking permission,’ Drake said.
‘He was wearing pajamas. A bodyguard was also present. He asked me about details on my job as an adult film star - about shooting porn - and he also asked us about our personal relationships and whether we were married or single.
‘We answered his questions. It felt like an interview. About 30 or 45 minutes later, we left his room.’
Trump vehemently denied the allegations, insisting he did not know the woman and would have 'no interest' in getting to know her.
Since Drake went public with her allegations, the Trump supporters within the adult film industry have kept quiet about their political allegiance for fear of being branded as disloyal to one of their own, according to The Daily Beast.
‘I haven’t heard a peep from the people who once supported him,’ says porn director/performer TarantinoXXX.
‘People in the industry are afraid of who might speak out against them; they’re afraid of the backlash. Once you get backlash from prominent people in this business you’re out of a job. You’ll stop getting work and it’ll push you down.’
The situation has become so tense that agents for porn stars are strongly urging their clients to keep quiet about Trump.
Industry insiders say that the turning point came in late October, when porn star Jessica Drake (seen above last October) became the 11th woman to come forward and publicly accuse Trump of making unwanted sexual advances
Drake accused Trump of offering her $10,000 for sex. She also claims he held her 'tightly in a hug and a kiss' without permission. Trump has denied the allegation
‘Being a Trump supporter would not be beneficial in any way for a girl’s career,’ says one prominent agent, Mark Spiegler.
‘This is show business, and if you want to get hired you give them a show.’
The most prominent porn star to declare her support for Trump was Brandi Love.
Love said that she cried ‘tears of joy’ when Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the election this past November.
But in recent months, her Twitter feed has featured far fewer and less frequent posts in support of the president.
Despite the fear that has gripped pro-Trump adult film stars, one producer says he couldn’t care less about politics.
‘I cast very carefully,’ says Glenn King.
‘I look for performers who are reliable and don’t bring drama to set.
‘As long as the performer gives a great performance and doesn’t cause problems on set, I’m not concerned with political views.’
But one director says pro-Trump porn stars are not welcome on his set.
‘To me, most Trump supporters show an incredible lack of character,’ said Brad Armstrong, who has worked with Drake on past projects.
‘I’d have a hard time dealing with them on a personal level if they were on set voicing their warped sense of values.
‘And when you’re naked on set things have a tendency to get kinda personal.’

Allegations that Donald Trump had an extramarital affair with 1998 Playmate of the Year Karen McDougal are the latest in an escalating series of accusations about the president’s involvement with sex workers and models.
The White House has denied all of the claims of sexual impropriety. New allegations surface regularly, though. In December, three women who had accused the president of sexual misconduct called on Congress to investigate the growing number of claims. One of those women, Rachel Crooks, is now running for Ohio’s state legislature . Other people who have accused Trump of kissing or groping them include a former contestant on The Apprentice and a former Miss Finland .
The most eye-catching allegations, though, center around Trump’s relationships with people in the adult entertainment industry. Here’s a rundown of the four women in that field who have spoken out about Trump.
Karen McDougal— The New Yorker reports Trump and McDougal had an affair two years into his marriage with Melania. Using McDougal’s own handwritten recollections of the affair (which were sent to a friend at the time), the publication says Trump and McDougal met at a pool party at the Playboy Mansion in 2006. A nine-month affair allegedly followed until McDougal ended it in 2007.
Stormy Daniels— Daniels (who real name is Stephanie Clifford) is perhaps the highest profile person who is allegedly part of Trump’s past. The porn star was paid $130,000 by Trump lawyer Michael Cohen , allegedly to ensure her silence over a reported 2006 affair with Trump, but news of the relationship just broke in January. Daniels has parlayed that fame to her financial benefit, embarking on a feature dancing tour at gentlemen’s clubs around the country, leaving her long-time professional home of Wicked Pictures for a high-dollar exclusive contract with porn studio Mindgeek. She is reportedly shopping her story to media outlets, believing that Cohen’s admission he had paid the money frees her from the non-disclosure aggrement she signed.
Jessica Drake— Drake came forward during the 2016 election, accusing Trump of offering her $10,000 and the use of his private jet to sleep with her during a 2006 golf tournament in Lake Tahoe (the same tournament, apparently, where he met Daniels). Drake has not made follow up comments since her original accusation, referring questions to her attorney Gloria Allred. Speaking with Fortune earlier this year, she denied reports she was legally prohibited from discussing the matter.
“I never signed an NDA, nor did I take money from him or anyone in his camp for anything, nor did I sell my story to any outlet because that’s not what it’s about,” she said. “I’m in this for the long run and I’m not in this for money.”
Alana Evans— Evans (whose real name is Dawn Vanguard) says she was invited to join Daniels and Trump in a threesome , according to People . Evans said she refused the offer, saying she wasn’t attracted to Trump.

President Trump once made Stormy Daniels spank him with a Forbes magazine with his photo on the cover — and sit with him for hours watching “Shark Week,” the porn star told a political operative, according to a report.
In 2009, Daniels was mulling a Senate run in Louisiana and working with local political consultants about potential donors.
Trump was on her list — and his name was one of the contacts in her phone, one operative told Andrea Dubé, a Democratic political consultant in an email.
“She says one time he made her sit with him for three hours watching ‘Shark Week.’ Another time he had her spank him with a Forbes magazine,” the consultant told Dubé in a series of emails, which were obtained by Mother Jones .
Both operatives confirmed they exchanged the emails.
The consultant who wrote to Dubé told Mother Jones that Daniels said Trump spanked her with Forbes magazine that featured himself on the cover.
An issue from 2006 includes Trump and two of his kids on the cover, with the headline “The 400 Richest People in America.”
Daniels’ run would have been against Louisiana Sen. David Vitter, who became embroiled in a sex scandal a couple years earlier when his phone number was found in the records of the “D.C. Madam” accused of running a prostitution ring in the capital.
On Thursday, the newspaper reported that the lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid her through a private Delaware company, called Essential Consultants LLC, that he’d created on Oct. 17, 2016.
Cohen used a bank account linked to the company to pay Daniels, the report says.
Both Daniels and Trump have denied having an affair.

Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders before the start of the first Democratic debate in Las Vegas on October 13, 2015.
Porn and politics make for strange bedfellows, yet they’re two fields that are inexorably tied together.
While legally protected, the adult entertainment industry regularly finds itself fighting regulatory efforts. This November, for instance, voters in California will consider a ballot measure requiring performers in adult films to wear condoms and use other safety precautions, including gloves, dental dams and other skin protections to avoid contact with bodily fluids. (Violators would face fines of $70,000 and more.)
So as the stars walked the red carpet at this year’s AVN Awards (the so-called “Oscars of porn”), we did a straw poll, asking whom they supported in this year’s presidential race. We’ve pulled some of the best replies below – and we’ll tell you who won overall a bit later. (It wasn’t the runaway you might expect, either.)
"Carly Fiorina - I like her stances. I think she's an intelligent woman. And if we're going to make the presidency and the candidacy about the gender of the opponents, then I say why not Carly?"
"I'm a Donald Trump supporter. I am a Republican. I do believe in small government, big business and he is a very brilliant businessman. In terms of who can keep the economy running, [he's] awesome."
"I feel the Bern. We need a Jew president. He knows what's going on. Hell yeah, I love the old coot. He's fun. He knows what' s up. Bernie! Bernie! Bernie! I'm burning for you! "
"Probably Bernie, if I have to go with anything ... because he's all over my Facebook. But I don't vote, because I don't think our votes matter."
"I'm going to have to vote for Hillary Clinton because I want to stay out of jail. Any time the Republicans come in, the obscenity charges come, so I think I'm leaning towards Hillary Clinton."
"I hate answering this honestly because it's not a popular vote, but it's Trump because I like my money. I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I want to keep it. Flat tax rate? Sold!"
"Bernie Sanders because he does politics really well, he has ethics and he's respectable. I just really like his policies. I like his stance on healthcare. He's the right choice."
"The industry has fared well most with a Democratic administration, so I will probably support a Democratic nominee. And since we don't know who that's going to be. I'll just leave it at that. I like Bernie. I like Hillary. I don't think anyone's resume matches Hillary's. But I do also like some of Trump's thoughts. But I'll remain a Democrat at heart and we'll see how the chips fall in a couple months. "
"I'm not going to say Trump, which is going to break my parents heart a little bit - probably more than my career choice. I'll say probably Bernie Sanders. "
"I'm supporting McGovern, because I think he'll be a lot better for the war effort than Nixon."
So which candidate won the vote of the adult entertainment industry? Early on in the evening, Trump was the leader, but ultimately, the Democrats reigned supreme. Here were the top three:
Sanders: 20 votes
Trump: 11 votes
Clinton: 10 votes
Outgoing President Barack Obama, by the way, received one vote.
