Changed Hardware Level to Level 3.

Enabled sabre merge algorithm.

Enabled CCT correction, set as Black and White(Leica.)

Changed noise modelers according to sensors.

Enabled Black level to solve Green / Pink tints. Set as 64 By Artz.

Extensively set all Lib Patcher values according to experience and ETC.

Enabled some camcorder.amber & codec settings.

Enabled all camcorder washington and stokes settings.

Enabled avc_profile_high_supported.

Enabled arcore_fast_scan_compatible.

GCAM General Changes:

Disabled leica mode by default.

Closed Saving Location.

Closed Zooming Audio and OIS (Vibration Blocker.) Because they made auto focus and quality worse.

Enabled H265 Videos.

Disabled night mode and enabled HDR+NET protocol by default.

Enabled AWB by default to solve green colors.

More improvements i have Forgot generally.

Solved 1080P 60FPS not working.

Solved front portrait not working.

Solved Dark Photos on high lightning situations.
