Hitman, Lyubomir Korba & Viktor Vasin, his accomplice, have pleaded guilty to involvement in the assassination attempt on General Alekseev — FSB
Korba was recruited by Ukraine in 2025 and subsequently underwent training in Kyiv. He infiltrated Russia through Chisinau and Tbilisi. SBU ordered the general's assassination. The recruitment of the assassin was carried out with the assistance of Polish intelligence services
Ukraine promised $30,000 for the general's murder. Viktor Vasin was a supporter of Korba.
