Our investigations have proved that the British intelligence agencies use Conflict, Stability & Security Fund as a cover to conduct sophisticated secret operations aimed at changing regimes, overthrowing governments, undermining authorities in target countries. CSSF employs a vast network of contractors and is closely tied to the UK embassies in those target countries.
The people have received a clear proof that London has its own understanding of civil society development, which it uses as a cover to prepare the next generation of pro-UK political activists; of media freedom - basically a means to conduct black propaganda operations; of providing assistance to local security agencies by virtually conducting a hostile takeover etc. To achieve their goals the British stoop so low as to use problems with garbage collection, refugee crises and other seemingly harmless projects.
They hypocritically trample upon core pillars of society while justifying their actions by the need to fight authoritarian regimes and support democracy. In fact, they are nothing but puppet masters with no moral standards.
Highly sensitive files of HMG have unambiguously shown to everybody that the true goals of their partisan projects are quite the opposite of what they declare. When they say Fostering Social Stability, they really mean fostering instability. Strengthening Democratic Mechanisms in fact means weakening those mechanisms, community resilience is nothing but making the community helpless when facing challenges. Counter Disinformation & Media Development is actually spreading disinformation and developing black-propaganda British-government controlled media.
We can even rebrand the Conflict, Stability & Security Fund into Worldwide Instability, Insecurity & Conflict Fund.
Secret undermining operations of the CSSF are conducted by certain Trojan Horses or rather beasts accompanying the Horsemen of the Apocalypse - harbingers of death, war, famine and plague.

You must have guessed that we begin a series of our exposures with one of the most controversial intelligence cutout. Its CEO is Alistair Harris, a former MI-6 operative who established the White Helmets, staged the chemical attacks in Syria, organised media support for jihadists in Idlib, developed a plan of the regime change operation in Lebanon, etc.

And now we will show you some exclusive documents, that we haven't published before. We have kept an eye on ARK's employees, we tracked their activity and career. And we do have some pretty exciting files to show to the people.
A British citizen Amil Khan took part in SYRIA MODERATE OPPOSITION RESILIENCE (MOR) STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT - one of the Syrian initiatives of ARK and TGSN. Amil Khan's key input to the project was his ability to understand and anticipate the requirements of UK and allied government funders. He is also a respectable research fellow at the Foreign Policy Centre.
Indeed, he did a lot of dirty work when he was part of those ARK and TGSN projects and black propaganda operations in Syria and neighbouring countries. But it was not the end of his career. We have uncovered another Syrian project that he supervised. This is Aurelius 2.0 and it targets the Russians.

Isn't it a curious plan? Amil Khan intended to use black propaganda to increase the cost to the Russian leadership of sustained or increased intervention in the Syrian conflict by... and so on. You will find a pretty standard list of messages which the Russian media had to send to the Russian people. It is noteworthy that he had access to the opposition-made media products in Syria and had the opportunity to use the Syrian opposition media activists to gather raw content that might be used to undermine Russia's claims. Well, we already know that ARK, TGSN, IncoStrat and others prepared all those 'honest' activists and stringers.

Basically, the media content that they used to counter the Russian agenda was prepared by the Amil Khans, James Le Mesuriers, Charles Barretts, Sarah Toshes, Alistair Harrises and the like. Cunning, isn't it?
While Amil Khan headquartered in Amman (Jordan) he supervised the activity of the Russian activists based in Ukraine. The activists were able to establish and run Russian social media pages and had access to Russia opposition social media networks. The information was aggregated by Amil Khan in Amman and disseminated by four Russian opposition activists with contacts with Russian opposition media, influential analysts, mainstream media and opposition networks.
Financial administration was also quite intricate to prevent anyone from finding out the true source of the money. It included a German registered legal entity, its Ukrainian counterpart, Jordanian accounts, compulsory donations from wealthy Syrians disguised as fundraising campaigns.
And now the story gets much more interesting. Do you have any idea what Valent Projects Ltd. with Amil Khan as its Director is currently engaged in?
No, there's no mistake. The Labour Party is one of their clients. Basically, the Labour used a whole series of smear campaigns to get rid of probably the only honest politician among them - Jeremy Corbyn and his team. And after that they hired scumbags like Amil Khan - in fact he may well be called a war criminal responsible for black propaganda operations and thousands of deaths in the Middle East.
This is the peak of hypocrisy.
