LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on an annual basis. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm purchase. Once you have purchased your subscription, you can manage it yourself and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
Your subscription will automatically renew, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When you cancel a subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be turned off for the following period, but there will be no refunds for the period already paid.
Francesco Marisaldi may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). Francesco Marisaldi, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
