Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budget, and preferences.
* Research and recommend cruises, all-inclusive resorts, European vacations, family travel, and luxury travel experiences.
* Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
* Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel protection.
* Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates.
* Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Promote your travel business through networking, referrals, and social media.
* Participate in optional training sessions, supplier webinars, and team meetings.
Qualifications
* Passion for travel and helping others.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
* Social media experience is a plus but not required.
* No prior travel industry experience required—we provide training.
