The Rhinoplasty, in Male to Female Transgender patient aims to soften and refine the nose to give a more feminine appearance. This nose job frequently involves reduction in the size of the nose, narrowing of the nose bone and nostrils, together with refinement and lifting of the nose tip to give a natural cute female shape to the nose.
Frequently considered one of the most effective feminization procedures for the upper face, a brow lift moves the eyebrows to a higher, more feminine-looking position on the forehead. The procedure is performed by minimally invasive approach through small hidden incisions inside the hairy scalp. With the help on an endoscope natural feminizing lift can be achieved. This plastic surgery is sometimes called a. Endobrow (endoscopic forehead lift).
Moving the hairline forward can significantly feminize the shape of your face while at the same time giving it a more youthful appearance. With scalp advancement procedures and hair transplants to the temporal area the hairline can be changed into more feminine line and a receding hairline eliminated. All of these techniques give the MTF transgender patient a natural, more feminine appearance.
The typical male forehead has prominent brow ridges, frontal bossing (frontal bossing is a medical term used to describe a prominent, protruding forehead), and a relatively flat upper forehead. The aim of bossing removal (brow contouring surgery) is to reduce this brow bossing and shape the forehead to give a more feminine smooth, gently curved forehead with the eyebrows above the bony rim of the eye socket. This procedure is frequently combined with hairline lowering and brow lift surgery.
The appearance of the cheeks is a facial feature distinctive to men and to women. Augmenting these with fat grafting alone or with permanent cheek implants provides a pleasing feminine shaped face. This augmentation also adds sensuality to the eyes and decreases the mid-face height, which is longer in men. The incisions are completely hidden within the mouth
This is a Plastic Surgery procedure performed to reduce the length of the upper lip, giving a more feminine shape and position of the upper lip. The Lip Lift is commonly combined with lip enhancement or augmentation. This procedure gives shapely, fuller upper and lower lips to feminize the face in a Male to Female Transgender patient. Lip Enhancement can be performed using Dermal Fillers or Lip Implants or by fat transfer.
Chin reduction is used to give the transgender patient a more feminine look. This chin reduction transforms a wider, longer, flatter, and more “chiseled”, male-looking chin into a narrower, shorter, and more pointed chin typically associated with a woman’s face. Chin implants are also sometimes used to achieve a more forward projection of the chin, also more common in females. This overall effect can dramatically feminize a face.
Breast augmentation procedures are performed for the male to female transgender patient. A breast augmentation procedure provides the patient with fuller, feminine breasts that project from the chest, giving the individual true female contours. This augmentation surgery for transgender patients is generally performed when hormone therapy fails to provide satisfactory results.
Since male and female breast tissue is much the same, transgender breast augmentation uses the same techniques as conventional breast enlargement procedures. This includes a variety of different types of breast implants available is a range of materials, textures, shapes, and sizes. Dr Turowski specializes in an endoscopic armpit incision for breast augmentation surgery. This mnimally invasive surgery provides enhances feminine apperacne without ANY breast scars. Favored by other surgeons inframammary (under the breast) incisions can leave conspicuous sometimes keloidal scars. These can be especially visible in the male to female patients who do not have defined inframmary fold.
One of the physical aspects that differentiates the female form from the male is the hip to waist ratio. The ideal female form includes a certain amount of hip curvature, creating a sexy, feminine contour. The attraction of fuller hips in a woman crosses all generations and cultures.
Hip and thigh augmentation can benefit transgender patients seeking the more feminine look. Hip reduction serves to offer a more masculine appeal.
For a more feminine appearance Dr. Turowski can enhance the size of the hips by use of fat transfer procedures and fillers such as Sculptra.

By no means am I gay I never think about other dudes etc. But I was curious about trannys for the longest time. Never thought I would even consider hooking up with one. Ive slept with girls my whole life so this was new.
I was on vacay with my friend. I ended up hooking up with a tranny. It was very weird to me I was kind of drunk and felt weird. She was a dime piece though. You would never be able to tell. She was asking if I had a friend on vacay with me and if she could meet him after we were done messing around I was like hell no my life would be over.She then said he would never know which was true if he was just looking at her but I could tell by her voice even though it was pretty feminine.
Messing around was different but it was new which made it exciting I guess. I was just so curious and we did everything she was the only catcher though. i took a pic of her just to have it. I go back early in the morning to meet my friend. He was like whered you go. I said I hooked up. He asked if she was hot I was like yea. He was like did you take a pic. The next day Im debating about staying because I wanted to hook up with her again. My friend is like lets just go. I was on the fence. So I said fine lets just fly back. Well Im sitting on the plane before we start going on the runway and low and behold I get a text right then saying "whats up cutie?" I was like fvvvccckkkkkkkk. I texted back and said I had to leave tonight I might be back next week and i will call you..i had fun last night.
Nobody knows what I did except for people on this board. I will never tell a soul I know what I did. I was kind of fvcked up for the next couple of days but i am getting over it.
I might go back and see her. She is seriously a dime though and i am debating taking her out with me in public I would be curious to see the reactions. I had to get this off my chest because I never told anyone.
