Train The Trainer Course

The worker is supposed to participate in the planning of the strategy. They will be expected to have input into the success of the plan, and the development of the employee. They should be involved in the practice of the plan, since the plan is being developed. And the employee should be able to review the strategy to be sure that it's working.
