Trading Volumes by Economic Sector: September 2026

In September 2026, a total of 198,106 transactions worth UZS 2,336.47 billion were executed on the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” in securities of companies representing 14 sectors of the economy and included in the Exchange's quotation list.

The banking sector recorded the highest number of transactions, with 71,451 trades, followed by the insurance sector (34,589 trades) and the financial services sector (27,316 trades).

The banking sector also led in terms of trading volume, accounting for 74.03% of the total, equivalent to UZS 1,729.79 billion. It was followed by the financial services sector, with a share of 24.14% (UZS 564.06 billion), and other sectors, accounting for 0.69% (UZS 16.13 billion). Together, these sectors represented 98.87% of the total trading volume.

The leasing sector recorded the lowest trading activity, with 404 transactions totaling UZS 13.71 million.
