Tower Siege Privacy Policy

Tower Siege is a strategy game published by WillowHollow Digital. This policy explains what happens to information when you install and play Tower Siege on an Android phone or tablet. The game runs entirely on your device, and nothing about you is sent to us or to anyone else.

What Stays on Your Device

Tower Siege remembers a small amount of information so the game opens the way you left it. This includes:

  • Your settings, such as sound and music preferences
  • Your saved items and game progress, so you can continue a siege where you stopped

This information is written to local storage on your phone. It is never uploaded or copied to any server run by WillowHollow Digital or by any other party. We cannot see it, and we have no way to retrieve it.

Information We Never Collect

We do not collect personal data of any kind. Tower Siege does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or payment details. There is no sign-in or registration step, and the game does not build a profile of you or your play habits. It does not read device identifiers for any purpose.

Why the Game Keeps Local Data

The settings and saved items on your phone have one purpose: to make the game work. They let Tower Siege restore your preferences and your progress each time you return. We do not use this information for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and it never leaves your device for any reason.

Outside Companies and Services

Tower Siege contains no third-party SDKs, plug-ins or embedded services of any kind. The game does not connect to outside platforms, and no external company receives information through it. There are no third-party services to list in this section.

Sharing and Sale of Data

We never receive personal data, so there is nothing for us to share, transfer, rent or sell. WillowHollow Digital does not pass information to partners, affiliates, data brokers or any other organization. If we were ever asked to hand over user data, we would have none to give.

How Long Information Is Kept

Your settings and saved items stay on your phone until you decide to remove them. You can delete them at any time in either of two ways:

  • Clear the app's storage from the Android system settings
  • Uninstall Tower Siege

Either action permanently erases the locally stored data. We keep no backup copies, so deleted progress cannot be restored by us.

Protecting What Is Stored

Android keeps each app's local storage separate, so other apps on your phone cannot normally access Tower Siege's saved data. Nothing is transmitted over the internet, so your information cannot be intercepted in transit and is not held on any server that could be breached. You can protect your device further by using a screen lock and keeping your operating system up to date.

Young Players

Tower Siege is suitable for a broad audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the laws of their country. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, children can play without any data about them being gathered or disclosed. Parents or guardians with questions can contact us at the address below.

Your Rights in Europe and California

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to:

  • Access the personal data held about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

WillowHollow Digital holds no personal data about Tower Siege players, so a request to us will normally confirm that we have nothing on file. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You stay in direct control of the only data the game keeps, because it lives on your own device and you can erase it whenever you like.

Updates to This Policy

If a future version of Tower Siege changes how information is handled, we will revise this policy and update the effective date at the top. A meaningful change will be reflected here before it takes effect, and the current version will remain available from the game's store listing. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
