After a successful Season 1 of the famous Korean Webtoon, Tower of God , there came an announcement with its introduction into the world of mobile RPG in the coming month. The mobile RPG for Tower of God is coming on April 20, 2022 , as per the tweets and official sources on the official website .
This game is available for pre-registration on Android and iOS . A lot about this mega news is not known yet, but we still have a brief outlook of the game and the pre-registration filling up. The 2D RPG action game will be available in South Korea on April 20, 2022, and we have a lot to gather.
The Tower of God is an elegant retelling of the original story paired with high-quality artwork and animation. It is a 2D RPG action game in a world of towers with the main character Bam , evolution system, and exclusive knights. Players can enjoy the journey filled with adventures from climbing towers to different battle modes and level up Bam and its allies.
It even includes a special battle mode only present in towers with a boss raid and massive cooperative battles. Players head to the top of the tower and attack the bosses with their friends along with a farming and trading system. This game is full of content with a storyline packed to the original fairytale of Tower of God.

Tower of God, an immensely successful Webtoon series which even got its own anime adaptation last year, will get its own mobile game soon.
In charge of turning the Korean manhwa into a video game is Seoul-based studio, NGEL Games. NGEL Games has a track record of making mobile games of successful Webtoon comics. Examples include Lords of Dice and Hero of Cantare. Furthermore, the Korean developer is also making a game based on Wind Breaker, another Webtoon comic.
Note that this is not the first time that Tower of God had a mobile game based on it. Previously, Neowiz Able Studio released an official Tower of God game on Android and iOS back in 2016. The game eventually shut down in 2018.
In addition, note that Tower of God is also the title of various other games unrelated to the hit Webtoon series. There is Tower of God and Tower of God: One Wish on Steam. The latter even has a mobile game version. Hopefully, NGEL Games will have a distinct title for the new Webtoon comic game, should it ever get a Western release.

NGEL Games has opened a teaser site for the Tower of God mobile game, appearing to be simply named as Tower of God M , with a relevant Korean subtitle. The website comes with a very short teaser, that you can watch below:
The Tower of Mobile mobile game is apparently going to be a 2D action RPG based on the highly popular webtoon. NGEL Games promises “high-quality action” among other things, besides faithfully reproducing the original story with a greater level of immersion. The teaser site can be found here .
More information is said to be revealed at the upcoming G-STAR 2021 event , which will be running from 17 to 21 November 2021. It has both online and offline sessions, though ticket sales for the general public does not appear to be available yet.
The announcement for this game was made earlier this year in March. While described as 2D, the teaser looks to have 3D-esque models as well, and with exploration appearing to be a side-scrolling venture. There’s only so much to analyze from a 15 second teaser, but perhaps fans can begin anticipating the release of the title. As mentioned, you’ll have to wait another 3 weeks or so before a potential release window could be revealed.
