TopNotchFreaks Kernels EOL

I didn't get a lot of free time since two weeks ago. because of RL job. i think i should focus more to RL and hands over the project to someone else who wanted to develop the kernels. i still maintain the Zephyr kernels even tough the updates will be delayed.

The TopNotchFreaks kernel now fully Open Source. you can do whatever you want with it. rebrand or whatever. don't forget to credits devs who help you about your project if you use this source.
