Not just by throwing as many LN tropes as you can ( cough Shinmai Maou no Testament cough ), but by giving it an artwork and colour scheme similar to that of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure obviously! This anime with its cast of sexy/cute girls is definitely one to watch for the plot .
If you like big breasts, and absolutely hate anime that have a plot (actual plot, not plot ), you'll love Maken-Ki! Two. It's basically softcore porn, let's not beat around the bush here. More fanservice than the original, a great looking roster of girls, and the most non-existent plot in all of anime.
A lot of ecchi anime seem like they are written by 10 year olds who have only just realised boobs exist and can't move beyond that ( cough Highschool DxD cough ). Panty and Stocking not only shows that boobs exist, but it also introduces masturbating, sex, vaginas, penises, boners, nipples and every other dirty thing under the sun, and boy does it want you to know about all these things. Especially notable is the hot magical girl transformation scene of the two main characters.
Did you like Parasyte but think it would be better if instead of lots of killing and blood, it was a cute ecchi romance anime instead? Did you wish that instead of being a shapeless blob, Migi was a cute naked girl on the end of your right hand? Well then boy do I have an anime for you!
You know how in ecchi anime producers often add a sister character and heavily imply that she wants to bone our lead but either never gets there or drops the old "not blood-related" shtick? Don't you wish anime would just drop that pretense? Yeah, Yosuga no Sora. I shall say no more.
Let's not f*ck around here. This is a show about a made-up sport called 'Keijo' which is basically sumo on a platform in a pool with boobs and butts. If you're not a complete snob about fanservice, you'll think it's pretty good. Check it out!
Inukami is worth mentioning for the lengths it goes to with its perversions. Yes there are sexy undressed ladies, but it also features the main character being transported to another dimension, where a bunch of men wearing loincloths challenge him to a hip thrusting contest.
The golden oldie of the genre, Golden Boy follows the world's most inept genius in the world of anime as he tries to impress a string of originally dismissive, sexy women wearing very tight clothes. It was pioneering in its day for having its main character's hand morph into a penis whenever a pretty lady touched it. Hey, that's got to be someone's fetish, right?
I don't want to give away the outrageous premise of this ecchi rom-com, so you're going to have to have to go into this one blind. What I will say though, is that it's a heartwarming tale of a 10 year old succubus that needs to form a harem so that she's able to have a steady supply of semen, and eventually ends up falling in love with one of her mother's 23 year old concubines that she's previously produced offspring with.
Oops.
It's pretty good though.

Feelings are everything, and soon these feelings shall transform into heightened emotional states that will help them form new memories and manifest their deepest desires.
Why It's Great: Is Kanokon borderline hentai? Yes! It is also wacky, perverted, and lascivious. Kanokon is the series you should watch if you’re eager to watch something that seems like it came straight from your imagination. Storywise, Kanokon is nothing but fan service, but that's okay because that's what ecchi enthusiasts are interested in!
Plot: Picture a scenario where lots of girls are chasing after you day-after-day and there's no hope of respite. Would you really want to live such a lifestyle? Well, for high school boy Kouta, a life like this is just about to begin for him! Many girls like him, but the most notable of them are the supernatural, animal-spirit girls, Chizuru and Nozomu! Much to Kouta’s annoyance, he has to deal with them while he navigates life as a high school student. Kouta puts up with their aggressive advances, touchy-feely behavior, and sexual innuendo, but he's deeply embarrassed by their displays of affection and the way they compete for his attention. The love-triangle aspect of this anime creates lots of opportunities for kinky and exciting scenarios.
Why It's Great: If you’re looking forward to laughing out loud while enveloping yourself in endless pleasure, then To Love-Ru is the series to watch! This series will make you laugh uncontrollably, while it also provides loads of fan service and perverse moments that will drown you in pleasure.
Plot: Rito Yuuki is your average high school boy who’s having a hard time confessing his romantic feelings to a girl named Haruna Sairenji. At first, Haruna was the only girl he had to worry about, but then another girl named Lala joins the fray! She’s an alien from the planet Deviluke, and she seemingly appeared out of nowhere!
