Welcome to Wallet’s Ton Gateway Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

The Campaign Start Date is October 17, 2024 at 14:00 UTC.
The Campaign End Date is October 20, 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Prize.
You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

To enter the Giveaway, your artwork must be submitted in the comments of initial post-announcement with the hashtag #gateway. Participants may only submit 1 image with the hashtag #gateway — submission of multiple images will result in disqualification.

Participants must submit a painting that complies with the rules outlined below. If desired, you may depict Wallet in the painting; however, this will not guarantee any advantage in the prize selection process.

Your painting must not:

Contain content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
Violate or encourage any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation, or would give rise to civil liability;
Be fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
Be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive;
Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
Be violent or threatening, or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity;
Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.

The list is not exhaustive, and Wallet reserves the right to modify it and remove any inappropriate content at its sole discretion.

Wallet reserves the right to remove or disqualify any submission that violates these Terms or its internal policies.

Intellectual property

By participating in the Giveaway, participants confirm that the submitted painting is original, and does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
By submitting the painting for participation in the Giveaway, participants grant Wallet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the submitted painting for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use it at the industrial events and in the social media of Wallet.

Prize

The Giveaway’s Prize consists of three (3) tickets to The Ton Gateway Conference. The Зrize does not include travel expenses, or any other costs associated with attending the event.
Wallet will select three winners at its sole discretion. The winners will be announced in a post, where their paintings will be publicly shared.
To get their Prize, winners must contact Wallet’s support bot at @wallet_supportbot using the same account that they used to post their painting in the announcement comments. Winners must provide their non-custodial wallet address for the Prize to be sent.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
