One of the nicest adult stores I have ever patronized. All displays were neat and orderly. They seemed to carry every product you could imagine. I must say it also smelled fresh, but this could be because it is fairly new. It doesn't have that normal adult store smell I am accustomed to, but I am not complaining. Overall, very nice establishment and I would recommend anyone in the mood for adult items of a discreet or public nature should venture here. Prices are pretty fair for most items.
My fiancé and I went here and were skeptical because of all the reviews. They have a wide variety of everything. The video booths/rooms are completely separate from the store, so it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.
Not that the Reviews said. Went to Tokyo Valentino at 1739 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE,on Wednesday, was a total waste of time! You could not see in two of the rooms unless you used your or someone else phone. Did not see any showers nor massage rooms, nor private bedrooms with leather day beds. Not crowded at all.
We have three levels of entertainment that include private rooms with day beds, and a locker room with nice showers. I can tell that you only visited the first level. Please give us another look. Peak periods are the best time to visit if you want a wide selection
Great options... except limited in the strap on harness department and then even more limited in sizes... several XS and not much else. I initially thought the rep was very funny but then he got too comfortable and honestly douche-y... I will definitely return for the bondage selection and quality of items.
Quite an interesting place to review but nonetheless, deserves one ... My hubby and I stopped here after the taco cabana experience. I have been here before but my Russian hubby, he hasnt been here in the US for too long and this is his first time in a sex shop ... well a sex shop this big! typically adult stores are small and dingy and has a degree of sketchiness to it which I find fun and interesting, but every now and then, a clean classy adult store can be fun. They have a good selection of adult toys, and just like any other adult stores, they have a sweet selection of pipes, and bongs, but i really didnt see anything too impressive. (ahem. i used to partake actions with the devil's lettuce at one point, but i do live in GA and such things can no longer be continued.) They also have a huge room with an extensive collection of porn. :P WOW. If you wanna see some interesting dvd covers, look no further :PP Now most of the smaller toys they have are pretty much going to be the same price youre going to get online if you consider shipping costs. However, for other higher priced items like personal vibrators, u should only come here to see the stuff personally and be able to check it out, then go home and order it from somewhere else online cuz this store gets pretty pricey. Make sure to be drunk with drunken friends with you when you turn on certain products... it will get wild and fun... but dont be too loud folks! keep it classy! lol. As far a party favors for bachelor or bachelorette party, this place may not be all that. They have some stuff, but not all that. Ooh Ooh... but they do have this interesting and seemingly scandalous "sex booths" downstairs .... Im sure to check it out with the hubby next time and see if it is what we think it is or what rumor has it ... but yeah, if youre ever around the area, stop by and check it out. Any visit to an adult store will always be an interesting stop.

So I called the next day and asked for the manager and after being given the run around by the staff finally got a call back. The manager was curt but agreed for me to come in and exchange the product. I'm not really pleased with the function but at least the stones are still in.
So this review was going to be great until now. I randomly decided to stop in here because my current toys are way overdue for a refresh. I found this place ironically on Yelp and went for it. I was greeted and assisted by the attendants. Basic. Yes the store is nice and yes there's a lot of selection but 1. What good is having a large selection when so many products were sold out or discontinued?! I swear everything I picked up the girl "Princess" kept saying they didn't have. Further an entire collection on display was sold out. I spent quite some time trying to find something only to leave with toy cleaner and a travel vibrator. 2. The vibrator. I picked out this really cute black vibrator with diamond rhinestones and was talked into purchasing a less expensive one with supposedly better vibration. A bonus was that it was my favorite color. Princess demoed the toy and it seemed ok. I picked up another one because the one she used was in a tattered box. She informed me that most if not all of the boxes had been opened and while I turned my back she put the one back I picked out and sold me the first one. I know this because when I got home I recognized the packaging and one of the stones was missing. I immediately called to explain this and after not taking responsibility she asked could I make it back up there within the hour!!! Like what the hell its 1:30 am! So then she was all like well I don't come back until Thursday and everyone else is going to tell you no. I was pissed. I reiterated that I just purchased this from her and she sold me something different than I selected AND despite my request for a different/unopened one she sold me the first one. She then told me to contact the manufacturer. I reiterated my point and she suggested I call the store manager during normal business hours. I am so angry right now. I'll update review after speaking with manager
i was recommended by this place by a friend and even the employee at the store to try out the video room and i had the most AWFUL experience of my life. i showed up after midnight on a SATURDAY and there were ZERO women. my 1st time there i was followed & stalked by guys who follow and masturbate around me. i have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. this place is a HUGE waste of money when you can easily spend FREE time being alone in your own house. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. i'm so disappointed and i wish i could get a refund. this place has creeped me out and has made me physically sick
Tokyo welcomes all different kinds of people and is very popular with the LGBTQ community. It is hard to predict peak hours for heterosexual couples but they generally arrive after 12am on Fri/Sat. You will always encounter overtly sexual people at lifestyle clubs like ours, or Trapeze. If this isn't your type of thing then these clubs likely aren't for you Kenny. Give Trapeze a try but expect to pay over $100 admission compared to our $25. I believe that It is also couples only on Saturday evenings so you may have to attend on another night. I am sorry for your unfortunate experience.
The prices here are extremely high! I would say that it's because you pay more for better quality, but the competitor, Southern Nights, less than a mile away has the same products for less money!!! How can there be a staff of people working in a sex shop that know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about any products!!! My friend and I were very disappointed. They need to use the flashy upscale funds to invest in employees that know about what they are selling!!!

Fun store, a lot of great over priced items. A few questionable characters but what do you expect at 11 o clock in a Sunday night. LOL The staff is awesome sauce! Funny, knowledgeable and cool! Definitely worth another trip in the future.

Massive size store. Friendly staff. Great selection of items. I was helped by Angel. We tried to make sure that the managers knew she's really nice, knowledgeable and deserved her commission. Found out they don't even get one. That's BS because the store was def full of customers. Picked up fun items. Awesome!!
This shop is amazing and was a great find on our explorations of the city! The clerk was a very friendly and attractive young lady who made us feel welcome. The shop is large and expansive with lots to explore. It seems to cater to a kink/fetish crowd which was fine by us! There were so many lovely shiny outfits that it was hard to choose. I deducted one star because some of the stuff looks cheaply made and you have to be careful about what you commit to buying. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Store merchandise is amazing, and overall a great place to walk around and explore. Makes for a very interesting date night. The prices are reasonable with exception a few outliers-but always check to clearance section! There are some great deals there. The employees are so sweet and make what can be a very awkward situation into something fun and educational. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the building separate from the store. This section of the store was almost completely black- and when I was able to see, all I saw were creepy men following me around jacking off. I definitely understand having the rooms dark, but the location was almost unable to be navigated. I tripped many times and could never find the exit. For safety purposes, that doesn't seem smart. Dark is okay, but maybe not pitch black. And as for the creepy men, nothing you can really do about that. Was a bit disappointed to not see any other couples or really any other female. But again, not on the fault of the staff or the store! I'll try to make sure to visit during peak hours and/or an event. Just giving a heads up.
Aurora; Thank you for your review! The nightclub portion is only accessible from the back, and obviously totally separate from our retail store. The first level is extremely dark but the next two levels with dance floor and spa area are well lit if you ever decide to visit again. Our customers prefer to have this low lighting. We have tried to change this many times but many people in our LGBTQ spectrum complained about it. I suppose it allows folks to remain more anonymous. I appreciate your feedback though and will check into incorporating LED floor chaser lights! We hope to see you soon!
Absolutely terrible experience. Bought a piece from here that was broken. No help no exchange process or even trying to find a solution. Terrible customer service. One worker was terrible to talk to and deal with.

I love this store! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! They make you feel like family which is comforting when your shopping for non-mentionable products ;).
