This paper is the result of years of work on tit growth,
many of which were frustratingly futile as I sought a way to make my tits
bigger. This is the way I discovered
that truly works.

nipples. Wait 5-10 minutes, until your
nips have expanded some and squeeze again to enhance the suction. You can roll the cups a bit to speed up your
tits’ expansion (it also feels wonderful to do that!) You should be able to wear the cups for
hours. One fag wears them 10-12 hours a
day, 6-7 days a week. Over time, you
will notice that your nips are expanding, even when the cups aren’t on. When you pretty-well fill the shafts of the
cups, move up to the next larger size.
Over the course of 6-9 months, you will find that your (or your fag’s,
if you’re the man here) nips are permanently expanding and they will be visible
under a shirt, inviting men to pinch and twist them.
In time, you may notice fluid collecting in the cups; that’s
the interstitial fluid that you’ve suctioned into the nips, causing the
expansion, that’s now “sweating” through the pores in your skin. Don’t worry about it; it’s natural. But I recommend wearing a T-shirt because, if
you’re wearing the cups all day, there will be times when they come off your
nips. The T-shirt insures that you don’t
lose them and will also help to absorb some of the fluid when they come off.
You may also notice, after some months, that there is a substance
resembling soft butter in the cups, and that is, in fact, what it is. It’s secretion from the mammary glands. In women, it would be milk, and while most
men won’t produce milk, but those glands will secrete “product” that looks like
butter. And note that, because there is
a good deal of fat in that product, if it gets on your shirt, it will
stain! Another reason to wear a T-shirt
when pumping for growth.
Your nips will never stay as big as they are when fully
pumped. The fluid will be reabsorbed
into the body, but over time, the internal structure of your nips will expand,
leaving you with permanent growth.
