1. Wood-Fired Meats: Preheat the wood fired oven and bring it up to 550°F. We should make a fire in the center of the oven. When the fire has moved out and the ashes last, put an elevated grilling rack above the coals and close the door. Authorize the rack to preheat for about 10 minutes. Add our favoured meats like hamburgers, chicken, steak, brats, or fish to the top of the grilling rack. Before flipping allows cooking for several minutes. For example, for a medium steak, cook on each side for three to four minutes. And for roasted meats, we need to preheat the wood fired pizza oven to around 400F and then maintain a temperature between 350F and 375F.

2. Wood-Fired Pizzas: Preheat the oven by introducing the fire. We need the oven to arrive at least 700°F before baking the pizza. During preheating, take out the pizza dough from the fridge. We need to let the dough set out and stay for an hour as it comes up to room temperature. After an hour, dust the flour on a countertop and tenderly dust both sides of the dough. Progressively stretch or drape it out to the aimed form and size. Next, add some pizza sauce and spread it smoothly over the crust, moving about one quarter to a half-inch of dough around the edges. Add a delicate layer of cheese, then all of our favoured toppings. Dust the top with more cheese. Scrub the outside edge of the dough with some olive oil. Once your pizza oven has arrived at 700°F+ degrees, place the pizza carefully in the oven using a pizza Peel. We need to rotate the pizza every 20 seconds to turn the part of the pizza closest to the fire away. By doing this, our pizza will be done in about one to two minutes.

3. Wood-Fired vegetables: Preheat the wood-fired oven to 400°F — 425°F. After the fire dies down, we can place the grilling rack over the coals and grill right on the rack. We can also casually jiggle our vegetables in olive oil and dust them with grainy salt or more seasonings and roast on an oven-safe baking sheet. Twist the baking sheet after five to seven minutes.Another method takes about 10 to 15 minutes to cook vegetables. And also we can preheat the 600°F to 650°F and roast the veggies for about four to five minutes to get that wood fire taste..

4.Wood Fired bread and Desserts: Preheat the wood-fired pizza oven to at least 600°F. When the fire dies down to about 500°F, stew the bread or dessert, twisting various times for a balanced bake. Place the flatbread dough right on the baking surface.
