When Emma Watson met Al Gore, she rocked a custom-made two-piece outfit with a long skirt and matching crop top cut so high, there was a peek-a-boo effect with the black bra top she wore underneath.
Emma posted a pic of herself on Instagram chatting with the former vice president and gave a shout-out to her outfit’s designer.

When most celebrities meet politicians, they tend to dress conservatively, a la Olivia Rodrigo wearing a knee-length pink skirt suit when she went to the White House earlier this year. Well, Emma Watson isn’t most celebrities.
When she met Al Gore, the Harry Potter alum rocked a custom-made two-piece outfit with a long skirt and matching crop top cut so high, there was a peek-a-boo effect with the black bra top she wore underneath. Emma posted a pic of herself on Instagram chatting with the former vice president and gave a shout-out to her outfit’s designer.
“Thank you to the loveliest Emilia for making me this beautiful custom piece. It was handmade in London using leftover fabrics consisting of 62% recycled yarn that was locally sourced, woven, and printed in Italy. I will be wearing this a lot!! 💚” she wrote in the caption.
People were all about the moment in the comments. “Emma never change girl😍,” one wrote. “I love it❤️,” another said.
Emma posted more pics and video from the encounter on Instagram, including this one:
Of course, it’s hard to miss the fact that Emma looks super fit in all of them. And, yeah, she doesn’t screw around when it comes to her workouts.
Emma gets her sweat on with celebrity trainer Emily Drew, who she usually does 30-minute sessions, according to Delish . Those focus on stretching, strength, and stillness —like holding yoga poses while meditating—stability ball exercises to tone her obliques, along with cardio, intense abdominals work, and walking.
Emma also told Marie Claire that she’s heavy on walking, but hinted that she doesn't do it as much as she'd like. It's “pretty hopeless,” she said.
Emma eats well, too, but she told Marie Claire she usually cooks for herself.
“I don't like using recipes — I like to cook things I just know how to cook,” she said.
Her goal: To eventually go to the world-famous cooking school Le Cordon Bleu. “I figure if I went and really learned, I would be the kind of person who could open the fridge and be like, ‘I know what I will make with this one piece of celery and this random piece of butter and this pasta,’” she said.
What she does like to cook, though, is a yummy breakfast taco. “I make a really amazing egg tortilla in the morning,” she said. “It's my special thing. I make guacamole, salsa, and scrambled eggs, and then I cook the tortilla. It's pretty simple, really, but yummy.”

Australia might be in the depths of winter right now but Instagram is already awash with teeny tiny bikini bottoms set to make major waves come summer.
Made with minimal material, Australian brands like Lahana, TJ Swim, Jaymes, Petit Kini and Bambi Boutique are selling out fast online, with influencers on social media promoting the hot little numbers even in the cold.
The trend of 'baking bikinis' - or swimsuits used mainly for the purpose of getting an all-over tan - was started by luxury American label Minimale Animale, which promotes styles so scant you'd be afraid to wear them swimming for fear of an accidental reveal.

We might be in the depths of winter right now but already Instagram is awash with teeny tiny bikini bottoms set to make major waves come summertime
And while you would think these suits cost a mere few dollars given the nature of their design, some of these bottoms sell for upwards of $150.
They tend to be made in one colour block rather than a pattern because there simply isn't enough material to show off the decoration.
But there is a good reason why they're so popular - they act as an optical illusion that elongate the legs.

By wearing the side straps of the bikini high on your hips it cinches the look of your waist, with the less 'granny panty' shape the better - those styles only make your behind sag and droop

For those brave enough to rock the baking bikinis you'll need to head into your nearest beautician - they don't leave much to the imagination.
Previously, FEMAIL spoke to several women at Sydney's famed Bondi Beach about why they choose to forego the brief in favour of the cheeky cuts - and what social media platform has helped the trend gain interest.
But with teenage girls opting for the barely-there bottoms FEMAIL spoke to several women about why they choose to forego the brief in favour of the cheeky cuts
Ruby Cooper and Maddie Falkiner, both 19
Wearing a brightly coloured red thong-style bikini, Ruby Cooper was joined on the beach by her friend, Maddie Falkiner, also 19.
Ruby was wearing a swimsuit from Australian-based designer Lahana Swim, which specialises in the high-cut variety. Maddie had opted for a cheeky pair from General Pants.
'I do it to tan my bum and they make your legs look longer,' Ruby said.

'I haven't always worn cheeky styles but they've really become popular since Instagram - so I always go for this kind now.'
Maddie added that it's personal preference but her 15-year-old sister certainly sports them at the beach. While she says she wouldn't necessarily have worn them herself at that age, the gap between them shows the difference in attitudes.
This Sydney-based brunette was spending the day at Bondi with her two friends, clad in a bright turquoise thong.
'I've probably only started wearing this type of bikini in the last two years - when I started to feel less self conscious about my body,' Jessica said.
'I still mix it up depending on how I'm feeling about my body but I would still never go full brief and I wouldn't wear skin colour types either because I'd look naked,' she joked.

While the trend is a staple on beaches in Brazil, Greece and Hawaii, Jessica still thinks the thong-style is taking off Down Under.
'There is such a presence of bikini-clad women on Instagram it has become the new normal. I grew up in the Myspace era where you'd be shunned for wearing something like this, but it's not the same now,' she said.
Asha and Beth, who are both on working holiday visas in Australia, said the G-string bikini notion is far bigger in Australia than it is in their native England.
'It's basically to get a better tan. Tan is key,' Asha, from Cornwall, said - wearing her own pair of tie-up navy blue bottoms.
'But if I know I'll be at the beach tanning with guys I'll wear a high-waisted bikini to hide my stomach.'
Beth, from North Yorkshire, (pictured right) had a similar mentality and was sporting a tangerine-coloured cheeky set herself

'All for the tan! We can't get colour as easily back home,' she added.
Julie Skytte, 19, and Marie Hemker, 20
Julie's athletic body was on full display in her tiny briefs - but her good friend Marie was less sold on the trend.
'I wouldn't wear them,' she said. 'They're a bit too much for me.'
Meanwhile, Julie said she initially shunned the idea before deciding it was a better option for getting an even tan.

But the pitfall lies in getting knocked over by a wave - and showing more than you meant to.
The Denmark beauties differing opinions show that not everyone is entirely on board with the idea, but it's certainly gaining popularity quickly.
FEMAIL spoke to Julie and Marie's friend Caspar, who was lying on Bondi Beach alongside them, who admitted he's definitely coping with the growing number of G-string bikinis being worn.
'I'd let my girlfriend wear them. She could wear whatever she wanted,' he said.
Justin, who had just come in for a surf with his friends, was only too happy to make a passing comment.

'If you've got it, why not flaunt it?' he said.
Karina Irby, who is the owner of Australian cheeky bikini label Moana , told FEMAIL she had always had an interest in bringing this style to Oz.
'Throughout my teenage years, I always had a HUGE interest in cheekier-cut swimwear, and especially those with bold, unique designs. Unfortunately, there weren't many brands producing the styles I wanted, or my friends wanted, or at least not in Australia at that point in time,' she said.

Karina also had come advice for less body confident women who might be worried about the lack of material
'But it wasn't until a holiday in Hawaii where I started to see a few more brands heading in the direction I was interested in. One thing led to another and I began wholesaling for a Hawaiian company that attempted to satisfy the growing demand for cheekier cut, eye-catching swimwear.
'While Moana still manufacture bikinis with varying levels of coverage (we have three levels of coverage all together across our range to cater for all desires), our skimpier cuts definitely have garnered the most interest and sales over the past couple of years.
'We really noticed the start and popularity of this trend and style, perhaps, around five years ago. But, in the last two years, skimpier cuts have really been the norm, and our highest sellers, as more and more girls become comfortable in their own skin and want to flaunt this confidence - which is what a bikini is all about, really.'
She also had come advice for less body confident women who might be worried about the lack of material
'I actually believe that a smaller bikini will fit and showcase your body better than a bikini with much more coverage,' Karina said (Moana bikini pictured)

'While some people may not be comfortable rocking a small bikini, or some people might not like the way it looks on other people, I actually believe that a smaller bikini will fit and showcase your body better than a bikini with much more coverage.
'The way the lycra hugs the body in a skimpier cut is actually far more positive and flattering for your body. Those bikinis with more coverage are more prone to bunching and sagging and it can make your body, and booty, look far worse than it might in a skimpier cut.'
