It's due to the difference in bandgaps of organic LEDs (AMOLEDs) when display refresh rate is high.

Rest assured it won't affect the longevity or durability of the display, it's something companies haven't figured out how to get rid of during the manufacturing process. It's impossible to finely tune every display because even with advanced factory equipment that level of precision hasn't been hit yet. However with the introduction of newer display technologies, it will get lesser and lesser.

On 60 Hz mode there will be minimal/no tint issues but on 120 Hz mode AMOLED displays give tint issues (mainly in grey background).

Also, can be seen in many flagship level phones.
For example: OnePlus 7 series, OnePlus 8 series, ROG Phone 3, Huawei P40 Pro, Google Pixel 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, etc.
