Tinkoff Strategy & BizDev Junior Analyst / Intern

Tinkoff is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the Strategy & BizDev team as a Junior Analyst / Intern. Your main responsibility will be to work collaboratively with cross-functional team to formulate and test hypotheses, perform research and develop and package recommendations for business departments to implement the most ambitious projects for the company.

The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, management or consulting, great passion for tech and an ownership mindset.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Conduct strategic analyses of existing and adjacent markets to identify company development opportunities through new projects/products, services, and partnerships

• Perform a variety of research aimed at benchmarking, trend identification, industry profiling, market sizing, growth projections and opportunity scanning in order to help company grow exponentially

• Support and guide business departments in decision-making processes

• Prepare executive level presentations for strategic initiatives and events

Requirements:

• Graduate of one of the leading Russian or international universities. Priority - economic / mathematical / technical areas
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous internship or work experience in finance, consulting, product management or related fields is a plus
