When you’re on Tinder just looking to score a one night stand, sorting through all the saps in search of true love ( or at least a first date ) can be a royal pain. How is anyone supposed to get straight to it when everyone’s being ambiguous, trying to chat and whatnot?
Tinder’s X-rated brother, the adult-oriented hookup app Mixxxer , launched last week to help combat this problem and help users find nearby hookups without the hassle.
“People don’t know when they’re using Tinder if you’re using it to hook up or if you’re using it to find a date,” the app’s maker, Michael Manes, told The Daily Dot . “Our idea was to create something with a much clearer purpose, where you’re looking for one thing and one thing only.”
Like Tinder, the app uses your GPS location to offer you matches. Besides the fact that everyone is DTF, the major difference is that Mixxxer doesn’t sync with your Facebook profile, allowing you to upload any photos. We’re obviously talking about the sans clothing kind.
There’s also a valuable feature for those who want to post nudes but aren’t willing to put it all out there — the shower door, which enables you to sorta-kinda blur out your face or body.
If you’re somehow still questioning the purpose of this app, check out its site . It’s littered with elegant one-liners that put it quite simply: “this is not a dating app”: “join for free and get laid tonight!”; and “find horny locals wherever you are at any time.”
Although the app is littered with X-rated content, Mr. Manes told The Daily Dot he doesn’t want it to get labeled as a porn app. Inevitably though, the app being touted as “X-rated Tinder” has been banned from both the Apple and Google app stores. It currently isn’t available for download and can only be accessed as a mobile web app.

24-year-old photographer Marie Hyld was tired of seeing the “same polished posts, pictures, and updates” in online websites and apps. Trying to find “something real,” she decided to create it herself. Her photography project, Lifeconstruction , features Marie pretending to have serious relationships with random strangers she met moments before the photos were taken.
Marie wrote about her intentions in her Tinder bio. She described how she wanted to meet with her matches and photograph them as if they were a couple. The artist also made it clear that the photos would eventually be made public, so if people swiped right, they were virtually saying they’d like to participate in her project. She even met her boyfriend of four years on Tinder. “We both still have it and swipe occasionally,” Hyld told INSIDER. “It’s a hilarious world.”
“I think we lack that face-to-face time today,” she told Broadly Denmark. “We’re never really present in our interactions. As I see it, it’s getting worse and social media is largely to blame for it. It’s ironic that my project basically couldn’t exist without Tinder.” Hyld intentionally didn’t plan any of her “dates” in advance. “I had days where I felt that I simply didn’t have the energy and motivation to connect with my deeper, heartfelt self, and days where I felt like digging all the way into my own and the stranger’s core.”
“Once or twice I was quite shaken due to a participant crossing my limits. But I was kind of prepared for that to happen, and I can now say that it has helped me get to know myself better.” Marie claimed her boyfriend was nothing but supportive, giving her the freedom to create the way she saw fit.
Marie says we all “should always dare to reach out” to create intimacy and “depth” with others. “It’s important to search, find, and fill yourself with something real.”

It appears that some people inclined to the arts missed watching Jurassic Park. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. It's one thing to go through such a project, but I'm not seeing the basis behind the photos.
Well, Tinder is a platform for meeting complete strangers and getting naked for sex.. So, just making photos instead don't necessarily increase the risk..
