Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based TikTok LIVE Talent Recruiter / Scout role. The Recruiter / Scout will identify and evaluate emerging and established artists, creators, and hosts who are a strong fit for Hierarchy Music. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing talent across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, researching prospects, and submitting top candidates to our team for review.
Qualifications
- Recruitment or A&R experience in music, entertainment, or a talent agency is required.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and social media platforms, including trends and creator communities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a sharp eye for talent.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or live streaming is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory talent practices.
- 18+.
Compensation
Performance-based commission. Specific structure will be shared after the interview phase.
