We are aiming to nourish a culture of community and acceptance, where everybody can get a little bit closer to themselves and each other, regardless of who they are.

Tifereth’s introduction to rope bondage came in 2011 in the form of a surprisingly enjoyable futomomo tsuri.
Since then she’s drawn on her dual background in high-performance athletics and figurative arts to push herself physically and aesthetically on both ends of the rope. Known for her dynamic style of sadism, performative rope and creative approach to harness construction, she loves conveying her passion through engaging hands-on methods of instruction. A veteran educator and performer with credits including Prague Shibari Festival, Bondage Expo Dallas, Eurix, Helsinki Shibari, Shibaricon, as well as weekend workshops and performances all over the globe, she is most often found wherever the weird stuff is.

The Velvet Rope together with Women of Rope Inc are excited to present a weekend of shibari workshops with international artist Tifereth! After sell out workshops in Melbourne last year, Tifereth will be coming back to the land of Oz and we're thrilled to be bringing her to Sydney this time too!
Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 1 at Club Fusion Sydney.
These workshops can be attended by all, regardless of gender.
Spaces are extremely limited so be sure to get in quick!
REGISTRATION HERE!! The weekend will include two full days of classes with Tifereth, learning and exploring her unique, dynamic, sadistic and experimental style of shibari. Day 1 is open to all levels of skill and will focus on floorwork, controlling mood and intent, and intensifying the sensations and experience of rope. Day 2 will be advanced level (extensive suspension experience essential for both riggers and models) and will be a challenging and exciting day of torture rope, chaotic rope, and delving deep into the extremes…
