However tide is an amazing app I have recently found. Something I have been searching for for a while. I love all the different things you can do ie. I like how it measures how long you do each one for. However it would be great if there was a built in setting which I have seen on another app where the alarm is set for a certain time range and the app wakes you up when you are lightest asleep in this range. Overall I love tide I just wish mostly that it had different guided meditations every day free of charge and possibly the sleep alarm to wake you when your lightest asleep. Most apps around meditation and self improvement make you feel guilty for not returning to them daily. Not this app. It is beautifully sitting there in a corner of the second or third page of your phone, waiting for when you need a moment to concentrate it is there to practically help with the press of a couple of buttons. Need a quite moment to relax after the week from hell, it can give you 15min of a sound bath that does wonders. It is beautiful, enjoyable, easy to use and functional. That says a lot.
