The more I learn about Slim Thug, the more he seems like the coolest guy ever, aside from making music I don't particularly care for.
Last week, he did that great blog post for Vibe in which he gave black women advice on how they might not die poor and lonely. Black women themselves didn't seem to appreciate it, but I guess that was to be expected. The only way they could have not proved Slim Thug's point for him was to not respond at all, or, god forbid, to take steps towards making themselves more desirable. A good first move to that end would be to acknowledge that he's right.
Black women don't seem to get that Slim Thug clearly loves black women, as evidenced by the fact that he's dating a Halfrican American, as opposed to a full-on white chick, and the fact that he's even bothering to give them advice on how to trap a black man. If he really hated black women, the last thing he'd want to do is give them relationship advice, for fear that they'd turn around and use it to try to get with him. It's the same reason slave owners didn't want black people to learn how to read.
I checked Sandra Rose just now, and I see where some stripper who was complaining about dudes who hang out in the club and don't tip singled out Slim Thug. Presumably, she felt his behavior was especially egregious, because he's a famous rapper. She said he's infamous in the strip club community. I can relate, to a certain degree, because in that video of Ashley Logan going off on me on Kay Slay's show on Shade 45, she claimed to know of several video hoes who have a problem with me, though I don't make enough money to spend a significant amount of time in strip clubs.
Maybe I'll start going and not tipping, and see how well that works out. I've had chicks yell at me from the stage before for not tipping, but I'm pretty sure that was because I actually went and sat next to the stage during a stripper's set without setting out so much as a dollar. When chicks yell at you from the stage here in the Midwest, it's not on some, "Ha ha, this sorry bastard only came to the club with $20 and is trying to spread it out over the course of an evening shit." She seemed as if she felt genuinely violated (pshaw!) and may have been trying to warn her coworkers of my presence.
If I had some money in my pocket and decided to leave it there, it was probably just because I didn't think the girl was that hot, and I was waiting for someone a little more deserving. The girl may have been Asian. Not that I hate Asian people. It's just a personal preference as to how I'd rather spend my money. A man can have a preference, right? You'd think she'd be flattered that I even bothered to position myself near the stage, if several other guys in the club opted out altogether, but that's just not how a woman's mind works. Every stripper must think she's hot shit, for the sheer fact that she's a stripper. How she ranks compare to other strippers doesn't enter into it - even though it's been proven (more or less) scientifically that beauty is objective in nature.
A guy my father went to school with goes to strip clubs all the time. I remember one time my father asked him how he could justify the expense, but he said he hardly ever tips or gets dances or anything. He just goes there to eat, hang out and watch the game. He treats It like a Hooters where the girls don't wear any shirts at all. Which sounds like the way to be, except I don't know if I like the idea of eating in a strip club. A topless Hooters that maybe costs a few bucks to get in sounds like the ideal restaurant, but guys don't blow their blow their loads at Hooters. Or at least you're not supposed to.
(Pro-tip: First of all, don't go to a strip club in your refractory period, if you live an area where strippers are allowed to do the whole knee in the crotch and what have you, but second of all, I heard the other day on the Stern Show where a guy was suggesting making a tiny crown of toilet paper for your unit. You know, for easy cleanup purposes. The next time I'm on the East Side, I might try either that or spraying a lot of Scotchgard on the front of my khakis.)
In his response to the salty stripper (issued via Twitter, natch), Slim Thug explained that he has a similar philosophy with regard to strip clubs. He'll go, have a meal and leave. It's not like he's there for a free show. (If a free show just so happens to be taking place nearby, then so be it.) He'll even bring his own girls. The latter makes me wonder if his Halfrican American chick is down for hanging out in strip clubs. I'm already jealous that she's well-educated and has no interest in his money. Don't let me find out she watches him get glitter on his face.
You know, come to think of it, as many times as I've seen couples together at a strip club, I don't know if I've ever seen a guy there with a black woman. Black women might want to take a little time this afternoon to reflect on that.

Club Life Lyrics by Daniel Baldwin and Pale Soul Music by Pale Soul Performed by Daniel Baldwin
'STRIPPERLAND': Three Stars (Out of Five) Another spoof of a spoof! 'STRIPPERLAND' is a very low budget ($500,000) spoof on 'ZOMBIELAND'. The premise is basically the same as 'ZOMBIELAND' except instead the world has been taken over by zombie strippers, rather than just regular zombies. It was co-written (with Brad McCray, Shawn Justice and Tyler Benjamin) and directed by Sean Skelding and features a cast of mostly unknowns (with the exception of a few brief cameos by the likes of Daniel Baldwin, Boyd Banks and Lloyd Kaufman). The movie is pretty bad but it does have some good laughs, nice performances and a few decent zombie scenes. The story revolves around a young man (Ben Sheppard) who's managed to survive in a post-apocalyptic future due to his book of rules of course. He explains to the viewers, as the movie opens, that a virus caused most of the world's female population to turn into zombie strippers, which began feeding on everyone else (although they're unlike any other movie zombies being that they can be killed by any shot to the body and not just one to the head!). Very early on the young man hooks up with a tough loner (Jamison Challeen) passing through town and the two give each other the nicknames Idaho and Frisco. They then team up with two young women (Maren McGuire and Ileana Herrin) and the four make a plan to head to Portland, Or, the stripper capitol of the world (and there are continuous jokes about how many strippers and strip clubs there are in Oregon)! The filmmaker Sean Skelding also helmed the movie 'I AM VIRGIN' in 2010, which is a low budget spoof on 'I AM LEGEND'. That makes a lot more sense to me! Spoofing a serious action / horror film like 'I AM LEGEND' and making it about the last living man (a virgin) in a world of sex-crazed vampires is a pretty good idea (although I've heard the movie is horrible) but spoofing an already very clever spoof like 'ZOMBIELAND' makes no sense. It is better than other spoofs of spoofs like 'SCARY MOVIE' or 'THE 41-YEAR-OLD VIRGIN' but it's still pretty bad. An argument can be made that it's 'so bad it's good' though. Like I said it's saving grace is a few good jokes, some nice performances and some cool zombie actions scenes (if you're a die-hard fan of zombie movies). Channel 4's The Black Full Monty followed a black male stripping troupe and explored issues of racial stereotyping and objectification of black men, dividing viewers
An eye-opening Channel 4 documentary called The Black Full Monty followed an all black male stripping group called The Chocolate Men.
The documentary explored the boom in sales to such stripping shows, interviewing the dancers and the punters at their shows.
Viewers were astonished as they found out the group has a minimum penis length of eight inches for all members.
"Thirteen men have been recruited for the tour, they have to be good dancers and have a penis length of over eight inches," said the narrator.
"And they get extra help from a vacuum pump."
One viewer tweeted: "Penis length of over 8 inches. Christ alive. #theblackfullmonty ".
Another wrote" #theblackfullmonty requirements a penis over 8 inches minimum. Most woman right now #channel4 ," next to a gif of a shocked face.
The men discussed cultural shame they initially felt before go into stripping as well as their family and friends' concerns.
But the founder, Dante, insisted the men were being celebrated and making good money in a world where everything is harder for them as it is.
Another stripper called Django said: "There are a lot of negative stereotypes surrounding being a black African man.
The biggest fantasy is the taboo, the jungle man, the black man.
He said while his African culture saw taboo in black men stripping, he felt empowered by it.
The documentary divided opinion as some viewers praised the men and their incredible dance moves, but others found it exploitative.
One tweeted: "Seeing muscular black men parade their gorgeous bodies on my TV screen is utterly trash.
"It is dehumanizing and turning men into objects. And I will be here til the end hello #BlackMagic Not judging your awkward moves hun #TheBlackFullMonty ".
"Come see black man fetish at its finest #theblackfullmonty ," added another.
"Not impressed with #theblackfullmonty . Your decision to schedule this now @Channel4 exposes your ignorance.
"With everything that has happened in 2020 with the #BlackLivesMatter movement you still decide to show this? SMH" wrote a third.
As some of the women at the shows explained the reasons why they were more sexually attracted, plenty viewers cringed at their comments.
"“Without sounding crude, there will always be black in me!” I can’t #theblackfullmonty " wrote one.
"Stop, I beg! I can’t take it! Karen (Kelly) & Mel! #theblackfullmonty " added another.

Hip Hop superstar Belcalis “Cardi B” Almánzar has never been shy about embracing her past as an exotic dancer. Cardi’s breakout single, “Bodak Yellow” from 2017, centered around her rise from the strip club to making money moves as a mainstream entertainer.
Yesterday, Cardi B reminded her 20.8 million Twitter followers about her days as a stripper. The 29-year-old Invasion of Privacy album creator shared a picture from 2014 where she is surrounded by large piles of $1 bills.
Cardi B’s throwback photo collected over 11,000 retweets and 155,000 likes on the social media platform. With the simple “2014” caption the rapper’s intent once again appeared to be about celebrating her journey from being a “regular, degular, shmegular” girl from The Bronx to being a Grammy-winning multimillionaire.
Another old photo of Cardi B is currently going viral on Twitter too. The “me if… was a job” meme features another picture of a younger Belcalis sitting around a lot of cash. For this trend, people expressed their fandom for certain celebrities, television shows, or other pop culture content by comparing it to Cardi’s commitment to racking up money.
For example, @etarauhls tweeted, “Me if supporting Justin Bieber was a job.” @melsperalta posted, “Me if watching Brooklyn 99 was a job.” @smgiscoming wrote, “Me if defending Selena Gomez was a job.” @residxnt_evil shared, “Me if playing Resident Evil was a job.”
Over the last several days, countless Twitter accounts created and/or retweeted a “me if… was a job” tweet. Fans of fellow Hip Hop figures like Kanye West, Young Thug, and Lil Peep also jokingly shared their obsession with their favorite music performer.
