It's only done if the image at its full size is larger than the view-port, so that the user can see the full image without having to scroll around, it's done 'live' so the image itself isn't compressed/resized, just scaled to fit the viewport. It's also immediately, and intuitively, un-doable by the user in just one-click.
How to Resize an Image? 1. Click on the "Select Image" button to select an image. 2. Enter a new target size for your image. 3. Click the "Resize Image" button to resize the image.

At some point during the redesign, not sure when, reddit stopped showing a resized version of a full sized image directly inline with a post when you clicked to expand the image. Now when you expand the image, it crops it and shows a link that says "see full image" (see picture). This is especially bad with pictures that are oriented in portrait.
The plugin is likely using its own methods to resize images, which is why the 'uncropped' option in WooCommerce settings isn't working as expected. The code you've shared indicates that the plugin is indeed using a resized version of the image in the 'src' attribute, while the original image URL is stored in the 'data-src ...
In other way, either prevent reddit from resizing any images from posts at all, or at least provide a direct link with full size version directly all the time (not just imgur links). I found this add-on, and used the option "Display each image's original (unresized) resolution in a tooltip" but i don't see any difference. I don't have any tooltip.
So I want to display images in my container, but the image resolution gets compromised. My image height and width can be random, but for alignment purposes, I used the same height and width for every image. So how can I show the original image if I click on that particular image that is some kind of screen modal/Imageview.

that is weird as the normal behavior of windows should have been a low res image resized to the size of the others. Try generating your trainer in a folder you're currently not looking at. Open the image in a browser, preferably Firefox or Chrome, and copy the image. Turn view of the document to "web layout". Paste the image in -- it should appear in full resolution. You can now change back to your standard view and try to handle formatting from there. This is the ONLY way I've been able to get it to work half-way right (especially using large resolution images), finally I'm ...

When I load some pages that have just an image, the browser always tries to fit the image to the current window size, and to view full size, I have to click on the image with the magnifying glass. This happens with both chrome and firefox. How can I force these pages to always show at full size, or at least default to showing at full size?
I always have to "View Page Source" and hunt down the original size file or edit the URL from "urlblahblah_500" to "urlblahblah_1280". Any way to stop defaulting to alternate sizes and just show the * original image? Do I need to change: browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing Archived post. I would like to be able to view the full, original versions of these images inside the existing apps when possible (i.e. the browser/mobile app can decode the image format natively). I propose adding either a toggle to the user's settings or a toggle button directly to the asset ...

My blog posts live in a container that's 600px wide. When I have an image that's wider than 600px, I resize it via CSS (.post img {max-width: 600px}) I'd like users to be able to click on these resized images and see the full size version in a lightbox, but to do this I need to detect in Javascript which images have been thus resized (since I don't want to lightbox images that appear full size ...
The aspect ratio of an image is the ratio of its width to its height. It is expressed as two numbers separated by a colon, in the format width:height. Common aspect ratios are 1.85:1 and 2.39:1 in cinematography, 4:3 (originally) and 16:9 in television, and 3:2 in still photography. The 1:1 aspect ratio is used for square images, often seen on social media platforms like Instagram, and 21:9 is ...

The button formerly functioned as a direct link to the image in question, allowing users to bypass the hosting web site itself. Its disappearance is apparently due to an agreement Google has made with the stock image provider Getty Images, in order to get the latter's photo content included in image search results.
