Things I Wish I Knew As A Beginning Writer

Gordon Stewart

The English Essay Writing task according to best dissertation writing services has to be one of the most terrorizing tasks for students. Assignments have deadlines, but essays are structured and they are not flexible. Students who do them well feel like there is an art to essay writing; that it can’t just be learned, but developed through practice and participation. But others can only see essay writing as a never-ending battle between you and your own thoughts. As long as you try hard enough though, you will eventually conquer this beast! And here’s 5 things I wish I knew about essay writing when I first started!

1) It takes time - When we aren't paying attention in class or don't understand what our teachers say, often we think that we can just read a book or watch some Youtube videos to learn about essay writing. But, these will only get you so far. The best way to do well on an English Essay Writing quiz/test/assignment is to practice and then develop the skills naturally through time, rather than quickly reading over something once and thinking it works for you.

2) It takes hard work accoding to thesis writing help - If I could go back in time with 20 year old me, I would smack my young self when he said “I’m bored; but not hard enough for me to do something productive!” Of course I had homework… who didn't? TV wasn't entertaining, and video games were too short-lived. I needed something to keep me engaged for longer periods of time. So I started playing with essay writing formats, tried different ideas, and even took a few notes about them in my phone… which got deleted by accident :(

3) It takes planning - Don't make the mistake that you can write essays on the spot! Take time to sit down and plan out your essay before you start writing it; whether that be in a notebook or on paper (or computer/tablet/phone). This will help prevent writer's block while researching or writing itself.

4) It takes imagination - Writing an essay means that you have a creative side... otherwise your teacher would just give you a worksheet! Even if the essay topic is about something very critical, learn to imagine what you would do if you were the person/character/player in your essay.

5) It takes imagination (second time) according to thesis writing service - Though this may sound like a repeat from #4, it's worth saying again! Always go outside of the box when writing an English essay. Think about how your teacher wants you to write and how other students might have written, then completely ignore all of that. Be creative and let yourself go wild!

BACKGROUND RESEARCH: You can find information on things such as how to structure your points, what order each paragraph should be in, etc… But I didn't want to ask my parents or friends for help because they didn't want to explain it to me either. So I went with the internet! There are a few master thesis help where you can learn about essay writing for free, but they aren't as helpful or easy to understand as others.
