Reduced sexual satisfaction in women: In a small study done in 2000, Russell Eisenman of the University of Texas-Pan American found that 45 out of 50 women questioned stated that a thick penis was significant in sexual satisfaction. It was concluded that this is caused due to the increased surface area of the penis which fills out the vaginal walls much better in a woman. Thus, this study clearly shows that a thick penis does increase sexual satisfaction in both partners, especially in females.
Problems during sex: Logically, a thin penis can create several serious problems for men as well. The act of sex, itself, can be severely disturbed and the methods of contraception can be greatly affected. For example, a condom would not really fit on a thin penis and could easily slip off during sex. This could lead to pregnancy and the spread of potential sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Similarly, a thin penis would greatly reduce sexual pleasure and the level of satisfaction in men as well due to inability of vaginal walls to fully grip an already thin penis.
Having a too small or thin penis naturally leads to low self-esteem, marriage anxiety or sex phobia, mental stress and eventually leading to a “small penis syndrome”. This can severally affect family life and social activities and giving rise to a typical “introvert personality”. The introverted personality is a personality type for the person who is often a loner and prefers to be alone. He thinks of his thin penis as the only part of his body that is abnormal and its size eventually brings him down.

Alternatively, dermal or other free grafts are layered around the penile shaft, beneath the skin sleeve, to increase girth.
However, with the passage of time, the injected fat or free grafts, both of which are a vascular (without blood supply), only die, a phenomenon known as necrosis. This necrosis will sooner or later cause the penis to return to its original pre-operative dimensions. Also, surgery comes with many unwanted side effects such as bleeding, pain, infection and is very expensive as well.
Vacuum pumps: The use of penis pumps to correct erectile dysfunction or other sexual disorders is not new. They work on the basic principle of increasing the “blood flow” in the penis that eventually leads to longer, firmer and harder erections. Based on the same principle, while vacuum pumps can cause “temporary increase” in the length and thickness of an “erect” penis, this enhancement is not long-lasting or permanent.
Penis stretchers and extenders: With the advent of traction based penis enlargement devices such as penis extenders, a new hope has been born for those who have small or thin penises. the penis is NOT a normal storage site for fat so gaining weight would not do you any good, if anything it would make it look smaller next to your larger body. The sad news is that there is NOTHING you can do to grow short of a dangerous surgical procedure. Ignore all the commercials for pills, pumps, and gels. It is a matter of genetics alone and you can't change it.

That is absolute BS ive been Jelquing for two months and have akready incresed length by 1/2 an inch. THERE IS something you can do to go grow your penis its called PE

Your weight gain will not affect the size of your penis. You have to know the anatomy of the penis to understand this. Penis is like a sponge that is filled with veins. And your erection occurs when your veins get filled with blood. Now many try to enlarge the size of the penis with pills. I don’t know if you tried this. Some are successful some are not. These pills are really not really reliable and they should be used with caution.
In my opinion the better option for you is to be fit and do more exercises then gain more weight. You will not accomplish anything by gaining weight.
