5 Health Benefits of Semen: Should It Be Swallowed?
Health Benefits Of Women’s Semen. In my last post, I discussed the many benefits of a man’s semen. You may have been surprised to find out the nutritious content of a man’s ejaculate.
Before we get into the benefits, we need to first understand what a female ejaculate is.
Well, contrary to popular belief, you don’t need a penis to ejaculate, all you need is an urethra, which is a tube that allows for the expulsion of urine from the body.
During sexual arousal (or orgasm), fluid is expelled from the woman’s body. This fluid is different from the cervical fluid that lubricates a woman’s vagina when she’s sexually aroused (wet).
Studies and surveys have shown us just how diverse a woman’s ejaculation can be.
During an older volunteer observation, 126 out of 233 participants claimed to have experienced ejaculation at least once. 33 of these women claimed to have experienced ejaculation with almost all their orgasms.
Another study on women’s ejaculation, which focused on women aged between 18 to 39, from 2012-2016, showed that 69.23% of the participants experienced ejaculation during orgasms.
The female ejaculate comes in different forms, but mainly, it is a thick fluid that is whitish in color and contains prostate specific antigen (PSA) and prostatic acid phosphates. Little amounts of creatinine and urea can also be found in the female ejaculate.
A woman usually ejaculates after reaching the climax of sexual arousal.
Many men have asked this question, and for good reasons too. Well, ingesting the female ejaculate is just as safe as ingesting a man’s ejaculate. This is as long as the woman carries no sexually transmitted viruses.
So far, there has been no research or study that has proven otherwise.
Well, the taste can differ by women, their cycles and what they most recently consumed.
For instance, if a woman takes in a good amount of coffee, it is very likely her ejaculate will taste bitter. Some have said that taking a good amount of sweet fruits like pineapples can make their ejaculate taste sweeter.
Of course everyone can’t have the same opinion on what a particular substance tastes like, so it’s relative in most cases.
As we all know, when women are highly aroused (sexually), they secret some liquid from their urethra. These liquids may be as small as just a few drops, and as much as a cup full. Confusing as it may be, we will be looking into the three types of female ejaculate.
Thick female ejaculation – This type of ejaculate comes in the form of a thick, milk-like fluid that is odorous in nature. It is expelled, mainly after intense clitoral stimulation.
Most women, after experiencing this type of ejaculation feel tired and unwilling to continue, mainly because they are content. This particular type of ejaculation is regarded as being the most similar to a man’s ejaculation. At least in terms of thickness and loss of energy.
“Real” Female Ejaculation – This type of ejaculation is clearer in color, and lighter. Some researchers are of the opinion that it is sweet. It also has a hint of urine smell, mainly because some drops of urine can be found in it.
Some scientists have concluded that this particular liquid is a diluted form of urine, without the presence of ammonia.
This type of ejaculation produces more fluid than others, majorly because it is lighter in texture. Actually, a lot of people confuse it for urine.
Cervical Ejaculation – This, according to experts is the rarest kind of female ejaculation. It is released through the cervix, and in very small quantities, at most a few drops.
It is presumed to be sweet and it has a milky texture. This fluid is regarded as the most refined type of female ejaculate out of the three.
This type of ejaculation is as a result of deep cervical uterine orgasms. Most of the time, you may not even notice, because of the little quantities it comes out in. Other reasons you may not notice this fluid is because it can easily mix with other body fluids, so you may be confused as to which fluid is which.
So far, there is no real evidence to support the claim that women’s ejaculate itself has any profound health benefit. However, one of its “passengers” does carry some good stuff, a probiotic called Lactobacillus. This probiotic bacteria is found around a woman’s vaginal area and it is pushed out as the female ejaculates. The benefits of a woman’s semen can be understood better when you consider the benefits of lactobacillus.
Lactobacillus is a probiotic, which can be found in the human gut, as well as many health-conscious foods.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), probiotics are “live microorganisms which, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host”
Researcher, Dr. Mendes Soares, says that a gram of vaginal fluid contains 100,000 to 100 million Lactobacillus cells. You know what this means right?
A woman’s ejaculate comes with Lactobacillus cells, and ingesting them can be of some benefit to you. Let us take a look at 5 of the benefits of Lactobacillus
One of the major causes of heart disease is high cholesterol levels. Luckily for us, studies have shown that Lactobacillus can help reduce cholesterol levels more effectively that other probiotics.
Some studies tested probiotics on their own, while others ran tests using probiotic infused milk drinks.
Another study showed that taking Lactobacillus and other probiotics for 6 weeks can significantly reduce both Total, and LDL cholesterol.
2. It Can Prevent Or Reduce Diarrhea
Bacterial infection is one of the major reasons people have diarrhea. It is dangerous if it persists, since it leads to fluid loss (dehydration).
A good number of studies have shown that Lactobacillus may help prevent & reduce diarrhea. A certain meta-analysis which involved more than 300 children showed that Lactobacillus helped reduce diarrhea, but only in the kids that were hospitalized.
3. It Can Improve Symptoms Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
According to statistics, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) affects up to one in five people in certain countries. IBS symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating & unusual bowel movements.
Some researchers are of the opinion that IBS may be caused by certain types of bacteria in the intestines, hence suggesting the use of probiotics for treatment.
A study involving 60 patients who had functional bowel disorders, using a combination of Lactobacillus and other probiotics for a few months improved bloating.
Another study discovered that Lactobacillus alone was capable of reducing abdominal pain in IBS patients.
Just in case you don’t know, bacteria in your intestines help control food digestion, as well as other physical processes. This automatically means they can influence your weight.
There isn’t so much evidence to support this, but the little available suggests that Lactobacillus, when combined with other species of probiotics can help with weight loss.
5. It May Help Prevent And Reduce Cold & Flu Symptoms
It has been proven that healthy bacteria like Lactobacillus can boost the immune system. This means it can potentially lower your risk of being hit with viral infections. This includes the flu.
A study which involved 326 children who were aced on 6 months of daily Lactobacillus probiotics, had reduced fever by 53%, coughing by 41%, antibiotic use by 68%, and days absent from school by 33%
However, not all ejaculates are healthy. Some could be vaginal discharge which is a product of yeast infection. So before you consume her ejaculate, be sure of your partner.

I've never heard of women or men talking about this happening, and i've never seen any other woman do it either.

I know it's not an infection of any kind.

It seems to be natural for me and only happens when i orgasm and am really into it. So it happens a lot, but takes quite a bit of penetration to get it to happen.

It's not squirting, because I've squirted clear liquid a few times before.
Sometimes this white stuff is everywhere on my dildo. Sometime's it mixes with squirting.

It doesn't look like discharge. (It looks exactly like *** a healthy man would produce, and healthy in my opinion is thick and white and healthy tasting. I don't know, but i've met some men who *** very watery with strange tints to it and i prefer their *** to be thick and white.)

It's not my natural lubrication, my wetness is normal and clear.

My "ejaculation" is persistent in texture, kind of thick, and all pure bright white, just like a guy.

Every time it happens in huge quantities it really turns me on. So I have tasted it. It tastes like nothing, but has a surprisingly sweet hint to it and very good.

It smells like absolutely nothing. Has no smell to it at all. In my opinion that is a good sign. I mean sometimes men's *** can smell bad when they have an unhealthy diet or are just unhealthy.

But when I *** a lot I am confused of where it comes from. I hear squirting noises, just before it's released, but i have no freakin' idea where it comes from at all.  

I've googled this a lot, i'm not worried, i quite like this and wouldn't even think of getting rid of it, but it kind of weirds me out a little bit. The thing is, everywhere else i've looked, no one seems to know the answer, but i have read several documentations of it happening to women (yet they also don't know what it is).

Also, would men think this is odd? I'm worried that maybe i'll lose control and explode LOTS of white stuff all over him and he'll run away. Thankfully it hasn't happened in the "large amounts" yet during sex, because im hardly ever satisfied to get to that. (it usually happens with myself because i know how to please myself).

Yeah so if anyone could shine some light on this subject, that would be great.

I'm a female and this happens to me too, during a penetrative orgasm. It is exactly how you described and you're not alone. A lot of men don't know about this, but it happens.

I'm a healthy female, same partner for 5 yrs,  and have no health issues. Same thing has always happened to me, everytime I orgasm there is the white thick sticky fluid. I'm so surprised there is such lack of information online about it, I'd look it up for time to time just to see if there was any info. I've never been worried that there is something wrong with me. They seriously need to do some more research on females lol

This has happened to me... I went to my OBGYN in gear that something was wrong... she did a test and said I was clean and STD free... Don’t worry this is natural as the grass and trees. You are lucky because it’s very rare. This has been a debated subject in the medical field. Female ejaculation. Yes, ejaculation. It is not the same mechanics as a males ejaculation or the same components, but it is ejaculate none the less.  It comes from the same place the squirting comes from, and not the glands that produce your lubrication. Some women can ejaculate, all can squirt, it just takes someone that knows what their doing to make it happen, but all women have the ability to squirt. A very few can ejaculate and even fewer can do both! It is a huge turn on for most guys! So be happy!
God I feel normal ish now lol never had this happen like I just had amazing sex with my husband  and he's like baby look ik u cam now and.
