Thermo FX does not collect, use, store, or share any facial data or biometric information, including but not limited to data used for facial recognition or Face ID authentication. The App does not access the device camera for facial analysis or biometric processing, and it does not use any APIs or technologies related to facial detection or recognition.

This includes:

• No collection of face geometry or facial expressions
• No use of face tracking or mapping technologies
• No use of Apple’s Face ID or related biometric features
• No sharing of facial data with third parties

If future updates to the App introduce biometric or face data features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and appropriate user consent will be requested as required by law.

16. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Thermo FX may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions that unlock additional features or content. These purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not store any payment information ourselves. Subscription details, including pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures, are clearly presented at the point of purchase within the App. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

We may share limited, anonymized usage information with Apple when processing refund requests related to in-app purchases. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Time elapsed since the App was installed
• Duration and frequency of app usage

This data is shared solely to help Apple assess refund eligibility and prevent abuse. No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted during this process.
