Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.
