The negotiations that began in Washington did not significantly affect the course of the conflict in Lebanon. The sides are still attacking each other's positions on both sides of the border.

Nevertheless, the intensity of the fighting has decreased somewhat. The number of attacks from Hezbollah is not that high, and the Israelis are not attacking Beirut.

During the day, airstrikes were carried out on several settlements in southern Lebanon. The main hits fell on the coastal city of Tyre. A hospital was attacked in Tibnin.

The fighting for Bint Jebel did not stop. Israeli units from the 98th Ha-Ash division, according to preliminary information, occupied the famine center. 250 Hezbollah fighters are blocked there.

Members of the Shiite group also launched rocket and drone strikes in northern Israel. However, many of the ammunition was either intercepted or dropped in an open area.

During the negotiation background, the tension may decrease somewhat. However, in the long term, this will not change much – the contradictions between the parties to the conflict are too strong.
