If it really bothers you, I'd recommend cleaning them with rubbing alcohol or wiping them down with a damp paper towel before thoroughly drying them. Then put them back in the case and discard them because you will never, ever need to add weights to your mouse in any situation that I can think of. I'm not sure why they would include them in the first place, but they have since the g502.

Despite the fact that I use my mouse exclusively, none of my G502s have ever had a right-click problem. I've never disassembled anything. I use one at work and one at home, and neither has caused me any problems. Because of a malfunction in the mechanism, the scroll wheels don't spin freely for as long as they used to; they spin for a while but not for as long as they used to. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're referring to with the right-click problem.

The scroll wheel is slightly different, but only if you've previously owned a G502. When compared to the black version, the type of material used gives it a less gripping feel. I recently upgraded from a non-hero g502 to the used model and am very happy with my decision.
