The public offer of the giveaway in OWNR Affiliate Telegram channel (@OWNR_Affiliate_channel_EN) dated 08.12.2022

This agreement is a public offer, the equivalent of a “verbal agreement” and has a legal force according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. 

Preamble 

The information below is an official offer (public offer) to natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) to conclude an agreement for participation in the giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) from the OWNR Wallet (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer”). The specified agreement is public, so its conditions are the same for all participants according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. 

 1. General Provisions

 This agreement defines the terms and conditions of participation in the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant declares that he accepts these terms of the agreement.

2. Participant

2.1. Participant - a person who, in accordance with the public offer, has acquired the status of a participant.

2.2. Participant’s Rights

2.2.1. Participant has the right to ask the Organizer to explain the conditions of participation in the Giveaway, but doesn’t have the right to independently interpret the Organizer’s legal document.

2.2.2. The Participant has the right to demand compliance by the Organizer with the conditions of the Giveaway specified in the public offer, if there is a violation of his rights, according to this document.

2.3. All participants who have performed the actions specified in clause 4.1. of this Public Offer automatically participate in the Giveaway.  

2.4. All participants who have performed the actions specified in clause 4.1. consent on personal data processing. The Organizer doesn’t have the right to transfer the participant's personal data to third parties. The Participant can refuse to participate in the Giveaway at any time.  

2.5. Each Participant participates in the Giveaway in accordance with the conditions specified in this offer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to issue a prize if the Participant has violated the terms of the Giveaway.  

2.6. The terms of the Giveaway are valid on the basis of the general rules and the offer agreement of the Organizer https://affiliate.ownrwallet.com/v2/terms.

2.7. The winners of the Giveaway agree to demonstrate their Telegram nicknames and compliance with all the conditions of the Giveaway during the live stream. 

2.8. Participation in the Giveaway is not available to the Organizer's employees and their family members. 

2.9. Individual persons who have reached the age of 18 can participate in the Giveaway.

2.10 A participant can be a resident of any country, except those listed below: Afghanistan, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Congo (the Democratic Republic of the), Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Ghana, India

Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, The Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

 3. Organizer

3.1. The Organizer conducts the competition.  

3.2. The Gveaway is held on the OWNR Affiliate social page in Telegram @OWNR_Affiliate_channel_EN, @OWNR_Affiliate_channel_RU and the official website www.ownrwallet.com/affiliate/?utm_content=giveaway. 

3.3. The information provided by the Participant will be used by the Organizer only for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway.

3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.

4. Time and place of the Giveaway.

4.1. The Giveaway will be held from December 9 to January 10, 2022 00:00 (GMT+3), on the Organizer's social platforms: Telegram channels @OWNR_Affiliate_Channel_EN, @OWNR_Affiliate_channel_RU chat channels @OWNR_Affiliate_Chat_EN, @OWNR_Affiliate_Chat_RU and official website www.ownrwallet.com/affiliate/?utm_content=giveaway.  

5. Participation rules in the Giveaway.  

5.1. Algorithm of participation in the Giveaway: 

5.1.1. Subscribe to the Organizer’s Telegram channel @OWNR_Affiliate_channel_EN and the channel Chat @OWNR_Affiliate_Chat_EN; 

5.1.2. Register in the affiliate program on the Organizer’s official website https://affiliate.ownrwallet.com/?utm_content=giveaway.

5.1.3. Get access to the offer by requesting it from the affiliate manager in Telegram @ownraff_daria.

5.1.4. Launch advertising campaigns, that don’t contradict or violate the rules of participation of the OWNR Wallet affiliate program https://affiliate.ownrwallet.com/v2/terms. 

5.1.5. Confirm with a screenshot that the traffic is running in the chat created by the manager.

6. Determining the winner 

6.1. The winners of the Giveaway will be determined as follows:

6.1.1. The first two places will be determined according to statistics on the Organizer’s official website. The first place will go to the Participant, who will receive the largest profit from users actions invited by him. 

6.1.2. The second place will go to the Participant with the largest number of registrations. If the first Winner has the largest number of registrations, then the prize goes to the next participant in order.

6.1.3. The third place will be determined randomly among the participants. The randomizer (www.youtogift.com/ru/random) will choose the winner on the live stream, and the winner will take the secret prize.

6.2. The winners of the Giveaway will be announced on the Organizer’s official Telegram channel live stream (@OWNR_Affiliate_Сhannel_RU, @OWNR_Affiliate_Сhannel_EN) on January 10, 2022 at 19:00 (GMT+3).  

 6.3. The manager (@kate_ownraff) will contact the winners via Telegram.  

7. General information about prizes and conditions for their receipt 

7.1. Prizes (1st place – Apple MacBook Pro, 2nd place – Apple Watch 7, 3rd place – secret present) are provided by the Organizer. The technical characteristics of the prizes are determined by the Organizer.

7.2. If it is impossible to receive a physical prize, the Organizer considers issuing the prize in another way, including fiat currencies or cryptocurrency terms.

7.3. The Organizer will receive or request only such personal information as is deemed necessary to receive the prize. The Organizer's privacy policy applies to users' personal information. The Participant agrees to such transfer of information to the Organizer within the framework of the Giveaway. 

7.4. The Organizer has no obligations to the Participant, except for the prize-giving and determining the winner according to the established rules. The Participant who became the winner of the Giveaway is not entitled to claim any property in excess of the Prize received.
