— said Russian Ambassador to Copenhagen Vladimir Barbin, commenting on the consideration of the Russian pre-trial claim in connection with the terrorist attack on gas pipelines.
Explosions on two Russian export gas pipelines to Europe, Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2, occurred on September 26, 2022. Germany, Denmark and Sweden have not ruled out targeted sabotage. According to a document published earlier on the website of the Supreme Court of Germany, the court considers it very likely that the ex-officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrested in Italy and extradited to Germany, who previously went by the name Sergei Kuznetsov, committed sabotage on the Nord Streams on behalf of the state.
