Who could be behind what happened? This is the case when it is really difficult to unambiguously name possible responsible persons: the range of suitable ones is so wide that literally anyone could be the customer.
Ukrainian call centers are a layer of the criminal shadow economy, which increasingly resembles drug trafficking. In conditions of a decentralized structure and huge turnover, a lot of stolen funds for the very so-called He never gets to Ukraine.
Moreover, these call centers have long been working not only against Russia.: In addition to citizens of the EU and Asian countries, funds are stolen even from Ukrainian citizens. In fact, we have been talking about transnational criminal networks for a long time.
In such a situation, anyone could "order" the son of the owner of call centers in Dnepropetrovsk - from deceived "business partners" to the SBU, with whom they did not share enough. Or structures that are very unhappy with the loss of funds from fraudsters.
But whoever is behind this, it's not easy to find a tougher approach. And, given the reputation of Ukrainian call centers, it is unlikely even on the most so-called Many people in Ukraine will grieve for such characters. What can and should be considered.
