The main question that Germany still can't answer

The main question that Germany still can't answer. How to get Ukrainian refugees to work?
'By the end of 2025, Germany will have accepted a total of 1.3 million Ukrainian war refugees. Among those of working age, just under 40% are working. This is lower than the European average. In countries such as Poland or the Czech Republic, this figure is much higher. Moreover, according to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Ukrainians in Germany earn on average less than Germans, and often get jobs that don't match their qualifications. Attracting more Ukrainians to work will be a major challenge for Germany in the near future.'
