On September 28, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol opened Criminal Case No. 12307350001000213 under Article 30, Part 1, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 5, 2023, Russian citizens N.Sukhorukov, born 2004; D.Yeliseyev, born 2004, and A.Klimin, born 2004 who opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, were arrested in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region. They were planning a terrorist act, specifically, setting fire to a relay cabinet of the Sverdlovsk Railway.
On September 5, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307650001000055 under Article 30 Part 2 and Article 205 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 5, 2023, citizen of Russia P.Korniyenko, born 1956, was arrested in the city of Simferopol, the Republic of Crimea. While opposing the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, he planned to commit a terrorist attack by blowing up the Crimean Railway’s tracks near Vladislavovka in the Kirovsky District, Stepnoye in the Kirovsky District, Zheleznodorozhnoye in the Bakhchisarai District, the village of Vasilkovoye in the Kirovsky District, the village of Priyatnoye Svidaniye in the Bakhchisarai District.
On December 27, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol opened Criminal Cases No. 12307350001000275, No. 12307350001000276, 12307350001000277, No. 12307350001000278, No. 12307350001000279 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 6, 2023, Russian citizen K.Kostornaya, born 1982, was arrested in Stavropol, Stavropol Territory. She was planning to commit an act of terrorism on instructions from Ukrainian special services, namely, to bomb military and administrative facilities in the city.
On September 6, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Stavropol Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307070001100052 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 8, 2023, Russian citizen A.Yesaulenko was arrested in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Region, for planning, on instructions from Ukrainian special services, to set fire to technological equipment on a section of the North Caucasus Railway.
On September 8, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Transport Line Directorate of the Interior Ministry of Russia opened Criminal Case No. 12301008109000254 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 8, 2023, Russian citizens D.Laslo, born 2005, and K.Shabalov, born 2005, were arrested in Yaroslavl, Yaroslavl Region. Both opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, they were plotting a terrorist attack by setting fire to a telecommunications tower in the city.
On September 8, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Yaroslavl Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307780001000036 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 8, 2023, Russian citizen A.Voronov, born 1997, was arrested in Kaluga, Kaluga Region. Being an opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he planned a terrorist act by setting fire to military infrastructure facilities at Military Unit No. 44240 of the 28th Missile Division of the 27th Missile Army of the Strategic Missile Forces of the Russia Defence Ministry.
On September 15, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Kaluga Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307290001000030 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 8, 2023, Russian citizen V.Alekseyev, born 1975, was arrested in Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. A supporter of the Ukrainian nationalist unit Freedom of Russia Legion, he planned to commit a terrorist attack by setting fire to the Krasnoyarsk regional office of the United Russia political party.
On October 24, 2023, Main Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee Directorates for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened Criminal Case No. 12302040004000122 under Part 1 Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 11, 2023, Russian citizen V.Votanovsky, born 1988, was arrested in Rubtsovsk, Altai Territory. An opponent of the special military operation in Ukraine, he planned to commit a terrorist attack by bombing the city administration building.
On September 12, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Altai Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307010001000026 under Article 222.1, Part 1; Article 30, Part 1, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 13, 2023, Russian citizen K.Zamaleyev, born 2005, was arrested in the city of Perm, Perm Territory. He opposed the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine and planned to carry out a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the military enlistment office of the city’s Industrial and Dzerzhinsky districts.
On September 14, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Perm Territory opened criminal case No. 12307570001000072 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 15, 2023, Russian citizen V.Rudnev, born 2004, who opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, was arrested in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Region, for plotting a terrorist act of setting fire to the military enlistment office in the city’s Oktyabrsky and Voroshilovsky districts.
On September 18, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Rostov Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307600001000103 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 15, 2023, underage Russian citizen M.Sidorenko, born 2006, who opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, was arrested in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Region, for plotting a terrorist act of setting fire to the military enlistment office in the city’s Leninsky and Kirovsky districts.
On September 18, 2023, the Investigations Directorate for the Rostov Region of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened Criminal Case No. 12302600004000060 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 16, 2023, two underage citizens of Russia, E.Lauskes, born 2009, and A.Doronin, born 2008, were arrested in St Petersburg. They were planning to commit a terrorist act by setting fire to technological equipment on a section of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.
On September 16, 2023, the St Petersburg Department of the Russian Interior Ministry Directorate for Transport initiated Criminal Case No. 12301004742000178 under Article 30, Part 3, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 21, 2023, Russian citizens E.Gaziyeva, born 2003, and S.Malyuchenko, born 1988, were arrested in Magadan, Magadan Region. Being opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, they were planning a terrorist act, specifically, setting fire to the regional military enlistment office.
On October 5, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Magadan Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307440001000026 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On September 21, 2023, Ukrainian citizen O.Zabolotny, born 1995, was arrested in Voronezh, Voronezh Region, who was planning to commit a terrorist attack upon instructions from Ukrainian special services by bombing the command staff of the Baltimor military airfield of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation.
On November 23, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Voronezh Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307200001130104 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 23, 2023, Russian citizen M.Avdonin, born 2005, was arrested in the city of Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk Region. On instructions from Ukrainian special services, he planned a terrorist attack by setting fire to mobile radar stations on KAMAZ trucks on the territory of a military unit.
On September 24, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Regional Russian Federal Security Service for the Arkhangelsk Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307110001000024 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 23, 2023, Russian citizens A.Kulesh, born 1981; I.Delnov, born 1984; S.Starikov, born 1992, and S.Boyev, born 1989, were arrested in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, they were planning to commit a terrorist act by setting fire to the regional military enlistment office.
On October 1, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Amur Region opened Criminal Case No. 12301100021001089 under Article 30 Part 3 and Article 205 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On September 27, 2023, underage Russian citizen G.Grigoryan, born in 2006, was arrested in Kursk, Kursk Region, who, upon instructions from Ukrainian special services, was plotting to commit terrorist attacks detonating an IED on the territory of a military base in the region.
On September 27, 2023, the Investigations Directorate of the Federal Security Service opened Criminal Cases No. 12307007701000119 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and No. 12307007701000120 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 27, 2023, Russian citizen, A.Novogrenko, born in 1994, was arrested in St Petersburg. He planned a terrorist act on instructions from Ukrainian special services by setting fire to the military enlistment office of the Nevsky District.
On September 27, 2023, the Russian Interior Ministry Directorate for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region initiated Criminal Case No. 12301400009003815 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 28, 2023, Russian citizens R.Lozovoi, born 1972, and K.Getman, born 1992, were arrested in Artyom, Primorye Territory. Being opponents of the special military operation in Ukraine, they were planning a terrorist act, specifically, setting fire to the city’s military enlistment office.
On September 28, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Primorye Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307050001000129 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On September 29, 2023, underage Russian citizens M.Tokmakov, born 2007; E.Strekalovsky, born 2007, and A.Spitsov, born 2007, were arrested in the city of Syktyvkar, Republic of Komi. They planned to carry out a terrorist attack by setting fire to the building of the Syktyvkar Air Traffic Service Center of the Northwest Aero Navigation Affiliate located on the territory of the city’s Syktyvkar Airport.
On October 4, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Komi opened Criminal Case No. 12302870002100183 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On September 30, 2023, Russian citizens M.Gulimzarov, born 1990, and A.Katorzhnykh, born in 1998, were arrested in Vladivostok, Primorye Territory. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, they were planning to commit a terrorist act by setting fire to the military enlistment office of the Pervomaisky district.
On September 30, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Primorye Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307050001000130 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On October 4, 2023, Alexander Lyubas, a citizen of Ukraine, born 1977, was arrested in Olenyovka, Chernomorsky District of the Republic of Crimea, during an armed confrontation. He was part of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group when it breached the state border of the Russian Federation and landed on its coast.
On October 9, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened Criminal Case No. 12307350001000217 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 5, 2023, Russian citizen A.Bogdanov, born 1983, an adherent of pro-Ukrainian ideology, was arrested in Stavropol, Stavropol Territory. He was planning to commit a terrorist act of bombing JSC Elektroavtomatika, which is involved in the state defence contract for the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
On October 5, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Stavropol Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307070001100063 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 7, 2023, citizen of Russia S.Fomenko, born 1987, who opposed the special military operation, was arrested in Pionerskoye, a settlement within the Feodosia agglomeration in the Republic of Crimea, for planning a terrorist attack. He wanted to blow up a car belonging to the 7th Mountain Assault Division’s 56th Air Assault Regiment of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Defence Ministry, or Feodosia Mayor’s car.
On October 9, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol opened Criminal Case No. 12307350001000218 under Article 30, Part 1, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 12, 2023, citizen of Ukraine M.Kaliush, born 1997, was arrested in Melitopol, Zaporozhye Region. On instructions from Ukrainian special services, he planned a terrorist act by detonating an explosive device on the territory of a military unit in the region.
On October 13, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Zaporozhye Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307230001000039 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 14, 2023, Russian citizen N.Yefremov, born 2002, was arrested in Sedovo, Kalmius District of the Donetsk People's Republic. He planned a terrorist act by bombing a car with Russian servicemen in Novoazovsk, on the instructions of Ukrainian special services.
On October 14, 2023, the State Investigation Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Donetsk People's Republic opened Criminal Case No. 12023012100010001480 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 16, 2023, Russian citizen S.Korobochka, born 2004, an adherent of pro-Ukrainian ideology, was arrested in Astrakhan, Astrakhan Region. He planned a terrorist act by setting fire to the regional military enlistment office in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region.
On November 10, 2023 the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Amur Region opened Criminal Case No. 12301100001001325 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
▪️ On October 17, 2023, Russian citizen A.Lozovoi, born 1986 (opponent of the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine), was arrested in Voronezh, Voronezh Region. He planned a terrorist attack by detonating explosives at the military enlistment office of the Central and Komintern districts of Voronezh.
On November 7, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Voronezh Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307200001110100 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 21, 2023, Russian citizen L.Gavrilenko, born 1961, was arrested in Konstantinovka, Zaporozhye Region. She planned to commit a terrorist attack, on instructions from Ukrainian special services, by detonating an explosive device on a Russian Armed Forces service vehicle.
On November 2, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Zaporozhye Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307230001000047 under Article 30, Part 3; Article 205, Part 2 and Article 222.1, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 22, 2023, Russian citizen A.Tyulyubov, born 2001, was arrested in the city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Territory. He planned a terrorist attack, on instructions from Ukrainian special services, by detonating an improvised car bomb against a private car carrying the commanders of the 960th Assault Aviation Regiment of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
On November 3, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee Directorate for the Krasnodar Territory opened criminal case No. 12302030077000075 under Article 30, Part 1; Article 205, Part 2; Article 30, Part 3; Article 222.1, Part 4; Article 30, Part 1 and Article 223.1, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 23, 2023, citizen of Russia P.Levchenko, born 1981, was arrested in the city of Simferopol, the Republic of Crimea. While opposing the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, he planned to commit a terrorist attack by blowing up a fuel depot of an independent company Purchases and Supplies Directorate near the city of Feodosia in the Republic of Crimea, by blowing up the Crimean Railway’s tracks near the village of Vasilkovoye in the Kirovsky District, the village of Konstantinovka in the Dzhankoi district, the village of Priyatnoye Svidaniye, Bakhchisarai District, the village of Krasnaya Zorka, Simferopol District, Republic of Crimea.
On December 27, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol opened Criminal Cases No. 12307350001000280, No. 12307350001000281, No. 12307350001000282, No. 12307350001000283, No. 12307350001000284 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 25, 2023, Russian citizen A.Krylov, born 1986, a supporter of the Freedom of Russia Legion terrorist organisation, who was planning to commit a terrorist attack by detonating an explosive device in the city military enlistment office, offered armed resistance and was neutralised when trying to remove an IED and two grenades from a cache near Kolodezi railway station, Torzhok District, Tver Region.
On October 25, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Tver Region opened Criminal Case No. 1230728001075031 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 25, 2023, unidentified persons planned to commit a terrorist attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services, specifically, the bombing of a service car belonging to A.Kovalenko, specialist of the security committee of the Zaporozhye Region’s civil-military administration in Melitopol, Zaporozhye Region.
On October 25, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Zaporozhye Region opened Criminal Case No. 12302230002000069 under Article 30, Part 3; Article 205, Part 3 and Article 222.1 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 26, 2023, Ukrainian citizen A.Lazarenko, born 1970, planned a terrorist attack, on instructions from Ukrainian special services, by setting fire to the building of a district military enlistment office in the village of Bolshiye Berezniki, Bolshebereznikovsky District, Republic of Mordovia
On October 26, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Mordovia opened Criminal Case No. 12307890001000033 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 30, 2023, K.Gorpinchenko, a citizen of Russia, born 1977, who opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, was arrested in Sevastopol’s Balaklavsky District for planning a terrorist attack. He intended to set fire to a relay cabinet of the Crimean Railway.
On October 31, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol opened Criminal Case No. 12307350001670063 under Article 30, Part 1, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On October 30, 2023, citizen of Ukraine I.Kulish, born 1971, was arrested in Vasilievsky District, Zaporozhye Region. On instructions from Ukrainian special services, he planned to commit a terrorist act by detonating an explosive device at a district polling station.

▪️ On October 30, 2023, Ukrainian citizen V.Kozachenko, born in 1974, was arrested in Vasilyevka, Vasilyevsky District, Zaporozhye Region. He planned a terrorist attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services, specifically, an explosion at a local military unit.

▪️ On November 14, 2023, Russian citizens A.Tushov, born 1974, and E.Sen, born 1975, were arrested in Mikhailovsk, Stavropol Territory. They were planning to commit a terrorist act on instructions from Ukrainian special services by detonating a railway tank car with oil products in the city.
On November 14, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Stavropol Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12307070001100068 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 15, 2023, Russian citizen V.Partalokha, born 2005, supporter of the terrorist organisation Freedom of Russia Legion, was arrested in the city of Samara, Samara Region. He planned to carry out a terrorist attack by setting fire to the Dachnaya station’s relay cabinet on the Kuibyshev Railway.
On November 15, 2023, the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Samara Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307360001000076 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 15, 2023, Russian citizens E.Babaeva, born 1974, and M.Babaev, born 2006, were arrested in the town of Shakhunya, Nizhny Novgorod Region, planning to commit a terrorist act on instructions from Ukrainian special services by setting fire to the building of the military enlistment office of the town of Shakhunya and the Tonshaevsky municipal district of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
On November 16, 2023, the Investigative Committee Office for Nizhny Novgorod Region opened Criminal Case No. 12302220058000058 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 15, 2023, Russian citizen G.Ivanova, born 1948, was arrested in St Petersburg. She planned a terrorist act by setting fire, using incendiary liquid, of a car parked near the building of the military enlistment office of the Leningrad Region.
On November 22, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region opened Criminal Case No. 12301400001002371 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 16, 2023, Russian citizen P.Lekomtsev, born 1990, a supporter of the Ukrainian terrorist organisation Freedom of Russia Legion, was arrested in the city of Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic. He planned to carry out a terrorist attack by bombing the chief designer and main beneficiary of ZALA AERO Group (producer of reconnaissance and strike UAVs).

▪️ On November 16, 2023, underage Russian citizen Y.Tsegan, born 2008, was arrested in Khabarovsk, Khabarovsk Territory. An opponent of the Russian leadership’s foreign and domestic policy, he planned a terrorist attack, specifically, setting fire to a military base of the Russian Ministry of Defence.
On November 16, 2023, the Investigations Department of the Russian Investigative Committee Directorate for the Khabarovsk Territory opened Criminal Case No. 12302080024000137 under Article 30, Part 1; Article 205, Part 1, and Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 18, 2023, Russian citizen L.Mardan, born 1973, committed a terrorist attack in Sovetsk, Kaliningrad Region, at the instructions of an unidentified person, by setting fire to the military enlistment office for the Sovetsky, Nemansky and Slavsky municipal districts.
On December 21, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Sovetsky Inter-municipal Division of the Russian Interior Ministry opened Criminal Case No. 12101270009000308 under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 20, 2023, Russian citizen M.Karpenko, born 1976, was arrested in the village of Pavlovskaya, Pavlovsky District, Krasnodar Territory. On instructions from Ukrainian special services, he planned a terrorist attack by setting fire to a toll booth of a toll road so as to subsequently go to the territory of Ukraine to take part in hostilities against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

▪️ On November 20, 2023, Russian citizen R.Sidiki, born 1988, who planned a terrorist attack upon instructions from Ukrainian special services by detonating an IED on the rail tracks of the Moscow Railway, was arrested in Dashki, Ryazan Region.
On December 4, 2023, the Western Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened Criminal Case No. 12302009601000045 under Article 30, Part 1; Article 205, Part 2; Article 30, Part 1, and Article 223.1, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 21, 2023, Ukrainian citizen D.Kurshutov, born 1981, was arrested in Melitopol, Zaporozhye Region. He planned to commit a terrorist attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services by detonating improvised explosive devices at public gatherings of pro-Russian city residents.

▪️ On November 23, 2023, Russian citizen I.Polnikov was arrested in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region. At the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, he was planning a terrorist act by setting fire to a relay cabinet in the Ordzhonikidze district of the city.
On November 24, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region opened Criminal Case No. 12307650001000070 under Article 30, Part 1 and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On November 25, 2023, Ukrainian citizens G.Kapralov, born 1964, and O.Kapralova, born 1973, were arrested in Melitopol, Zaporozhye Region. They planned a terrorist attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services by detonating improvised explosive devices at public gatherings of pro-Russian city residents.

▪️ On November 27, 2023, O.Vengyzhanovsky, born 1983, was arrested in Lytkarino, Moscow Region. He planned to commit a terrorist attack upon instructions from Ukrainian special services by detonating a railway cistern at Mytishchi station of the Moscow Railway.

▪️ On December 1, 2023, Ukrainian citizen S.Potynga, born 1992, was arrested in Energodar, Zaporozhye Region. He planned a terrorist attack, on instructions from Ukrainian special services, by detonating an improvised explosive device at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.

▪️ On December 1, 2023, O.Kolkova, citizen of Russia born in 1985, who opposed the special military operation in Ukraine, was arrested in Simferopol, the Republic of Crimea, for planning a terrorist attack by setting fire to a Hyundai passenger car with a Z logo on it.
On December 2, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened Criminal Case No. 12307350001000263 under Article 30, Part 1, and Article 205, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On December 5, 2023, an unidentified person planned to commit a terrorist attack, specifically, an explosion at the military enlistment office of the Oktyabrsky District and the Central District Administration Office in Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Region.

▪️ On December 5, 2023, Russian citizen D.Tamantsev, born 1978, was arrested in the city of Astrakhan, Astrakhan Region. On instructions from Ukrainian special services, he planned a terrorist attack involving killing employees of the Leninsky district bailiff department of the city of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region.
On December 22, 2023, the Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Astrakhan Region opened criminal case No. 12307120001000037 under Article 30, Part 1; Article 205, Part 2; Article 222, Part 4; and Article 222.1, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
▪️ On December 6, 2023, Russian citizen S.Sviridov, born 1979, was arrested in Barnaul, Altai Territory. A supporter of the Ukrainian nationalist unit Freedom of Russia Legion, he planned a terrorist attack by setting fire to the city military enlistment office.

▪️ On December 7, 2023, Russian citizen V.Kildiyarov, born 1997, a supporter of the Freedom of Russia Legion terrorist organisation, was arrested in Ufa, Bashkortostan. He planned to commit a terrorist attack by bombing the building of the local branch of the United Russia party.
