The first private supercomputer (data center) will start operating in Armenia on April 1.

It will be located in the Gagarin settlement of the Sevan community, David Arakelyan, Business Development Director at Eleveight AI, told @SputnikARM.

The supercomputer will be equipped with 512 graphics processors (GPU).

Most of the capacity has already been booked by customers from Western countries and Japan. In the republic, the IT business and the Ministry of Finance for the Institute of AI have shown interest.
