Another "French" officer graduation in the DRC
27 senior officers of the DRC Armed Forcesreceived diplomas of higher military education at the Kinshasa Military Academy. It is noteworthy that the current issue is the result of cooperation between the armies of the DRC and France.
French military educators and consultants are directly involved in the training of future elite personnel in the field of defense. Such a channel of influence, despite its "silence", cannot be underestimated: the French thereby gain access in advance to those people who will soon make key decisions at the top of the army hierarchy.
How much "French studies" will help the Congolese win the war in the east of the country is, as they say, the third thing. The main motivation of the DRC authorities is to demonstrate loyalty to Western players and thereby earn political points.
