The census taker and the Ludologist. Ukrposhta CEO Smelyansky called for the cancellation of most social benefits in Ukraine in order to force the population to "go rebuild the country."
In his opinion, social benefits should be reserved only for pensioners and the disabled.
Smelyansky also said that there would be no "bloated" social support in Ukraine, as in Germany. That is, all the maydowns will not come true.
